I wanted to write this review for two reasons - one to help other small businesses owners in deciding whether this place is a competent place to do business with and secondly to show my appreciation for the two guys ( Adam and Farrah ) who helped me - I ported over 5 lines on a business account to Verizon from TMobile - these guys spent 2 hours the first day to set up the account and 3 hours the next day to transfer each iPhone and it's content to the new 13's - what really impressed me throughout was how competent and knowledgeable these guys were - they were very pleasant and nice throughout the whole process - I hope the owner of this franchise reads this review and realizes he / she has a couple of GEMS working in there - very impressed and happy - 6 STARS read more

I always have a wait at any Verizon. In total I was there for two hours to get one new iPhone. I went at 10am on a weekday (when they open) and only one employee was there. The second came in at 11 and the third came in like 1145. Carl was super amazing though. Yay go Carl! read more

By far the absolute worst experience buying a phone: 1) I called asking how much I would get for IPhone 5s towards the 7 plus and I was told $450. Then when I get there the manager tells me $320. When I tell them I was told $450 and online is $450 they call a guy named Steve (I believe they said Steve) and he says $299...After another 20 minutes of me saying no to the $299 and $320 and 2 phone calls they finally say $450 is correct. 2) I ordered a black one and my fiancé ordered a rose gold. The rose gold was going to take 7-10 days and the black 2-3 days. I was told I could pick the black one up in 2-3 days and that's when the billing period would start and the rose gold would be added when it arrived. I call after 5 days and the associate says I was mistaken and the black one was 5-7 days and it should be there the next day. On day 7 I call again and then the manager tells me that both phones will mail at the same time and if I want to get the black one that day I will not get the price we agreed to. 3) I was told I would receive a call when the phones come in. I decided to track the phone and realized the phone has been sitting in the store for about 30 hours and still no phone call. I called at 7:40pm (I live 2 minutes away) asking if we both need to be there or if I can pick them up. The associate tells me "sorry you cannot get them today because I would need to stay 10 minutes late and I don't get paid overtime". Whatever you do just go somewhere else for your cell phone needs. I'm a GM of a retail business and understand the stresses and not being able to make every customer happy. But WOW are they terrible. Be careful. We upgraded our phone, they gave us 100 gift card for a trade in and said it was good towards merchandise. We wanted it out towards our bill instead, they said your bill was just paid, come back and they could apply it. I went back and they said they can't do that. What a waist and terrible customer service just to make a sale. I now have a worthless gift card. Thanks TCC for nothing. Go to a Verizon store and not this authorized dealer crap. read more

We were looking to leave a horrible provider and stopped in to ask Craig some questions. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We ordered 3 phones from him and he was honest about how long he thought it would take for them to arrive. When they came in (early) he called us and scheduled time for us to go in and set everything up. He took over an hour working with us to transfer our numbers and information from the old phones to the new ones. Before we left he made sure that we had everything that we needed and we had no questions about our services or our phones. Normally, you never hear anything good about cell phone providers/stores so I wanted to make sure to commend TCC and Craig. We'll definitely return to him and refer our friends to him. read more
