I walked in the store I see a security guard talking to somebody outside and as I walk in I see somebody that works there and what I believe to be two customers or should I say one customer with a child I went straight for the phone cases as that's what I was looking for and I noticed that it was a little bit on this organized, so I kind of like look through the Cases looking for the case that I am looking for unfortunately I was not very successful, but what I found soul wrong, and this whole situation was that the employee that worked there the only employee that worked there didn't even bother to ask me if she could help me in any shape or form ice then asked excuse me is there somebody is there somebody else that works here and she said no! Didn't even bother to ask if I needed any help until she seen I was walking out the door At that point I said "no thank you very much " as I walked out I heard them Laugh. The customer services is horrible. I went in and asked for help on setup for my new iPhone and the guy acted like he didn't want to help. I would have rather waited in a line at the apple store than receive this shitty service again. They do not deserve a star! read more

My visit was due to a theft and I was noticeable upset. The superb customer service provided by DeShawnta and William is to be desired. They were empathetic regarding the unfortunate reason for my visit. This will not be my new AT&T preferred location. read more
