I went under TCC's website and they had advertised a promotion for a BOGO on the Pixel 3. I went into the store and asked for that promotion and they said it has expired. After pulling up the website with the employee, there was no expiration date nor anything in regards to this promo being over. The employee was great about it and tried his hardest to be in my corner about their false advertisement on the website. After talking to TCC "customer cares", they said it was a mistake that this promo was still posted and there is no way they can honor that promo. I've been to many realtors where they have made a mistake on pricing and they give the customer the benefit of the doubt after finding their mistake. TCC was not interested in taking care of their mistake for the customer (I believe "Customer matters" is one of their 3 pillars from their mission statement) and would not budge after realizing their false promo on the website. I am extremely disappointed that TCC wasn't able to own up to this, and it makes me wonder how much they really support that one pillar from their mission statement. read more

Verizon has been great to me over the years but I suggest they consider the people they are hiring to work in their stores. I visited this store because my phone (M8) stopped vibrating, won't charge properly and won't connect (USB) to my car. Before getting into how to fix it, the guy rushed right into trying to get me to upgrade my plan. How about we address what I came in here for before trying to sell me something. Priorities. After 20 minutes of doing all the troubleshooting I had already done prior to visiting the store, a factory reset is suggested. Mind you, while I was trying to get my phone fixed, the employees were talking loudly to each other about Twitter posts from an ex girlfriend... Are we serious right now? I'm all for a hearty laugh but at that point I was annoyed. I agreed to do the reset but I don't have a SIM card to back up everything. I said I'd do the factory reset on my own time to ensure I saved all my important pictures, contacts, etc. Before I could say another word, I'm listening to another sales pitch for a $20 SIM card... 20 dollars?!! I can hit eBay or Amazon and get one for half that... Perhaps less! They didn't even suggest backing up everything to the Verizon Cloud. Which is what I ended up doing anyway... FOR FREE!! The employees on this particular day were loud, obnoxious, immature and not knowledgeable of the phones or services that Verizon offers. It really is a shame because whenever I call customer service they are on point!! I highly recommend employees are thoroughly trained before working at a store front... Granted, they are not a Verizon corporate store, but this is still my go-to spot for all of my Verizon needs. These guys are great! Sometimes, they can be a bit pushy with the extra phone gadgets, but I can deal with that. I am in here each time I need a new phone, may it be from damage or contract experation. They have a good selection of Droids (my prefferred choice) and a great knowledge and ability to explain bills and plans. Last time I destroyed a phone a week before my upgrade was available, they were nice enough to hook me up with a loaner. read more

My mom and I visited this location to start up Verizon service and order brand-new iPhone 6s. Our initial visit was pleasant. Our salesman was knowledgeable and he helped us pick plans that would save us the most money. We visited again about a month later to pick up our phones. It was the day after Thanksgiving and the store was packed but they got to us pretty quickly. We had a different experience this time around with our salesman (who may have been a manager?). He was very pushy with insurance, cases, screen protectors. Even after I informed him we already had cases, he pushed & pushed. He convinced my mom into putting a screen protector on. He slapped in on before we had a chance to inspect her phone. He put in on slightly crooked and there were a handful of bubbles and creases between the protector and screen. He assured us they would disappear as the moisture dissipated. Some did and some didn't. I understand they make commission on accessories. But if an INFORMED consumer says no, accept that. Overall still a better experience than I've had with AT&T. read more

Make sure you know exactly what you want before you go in there. Talked us into a plan that turned out to be something that was a lot more costly than what I wanted. There were also hidden charges that we weren't informed of. My recommendation is try Sprint or a different Verizon. They are scammers at this location and now I'm hearing that about Verizon in general!!! Verizon Edge sucks. You end up paying close to $700 for a iPhone6 which could have been $199 with a 2 year contract!!! read more

Changing over from a personal account with 4 lines to a business account hasn't been easy. But, Andrew helped make this transfer happen. The outside company they use need to get their act together. When we first started this process on Saturday, the outside company failed to mention that the 4th line could not be transferred because it was on the Edge program. We came back here Sunday, on hold for at least 45 minutes. She gets back on the line to say the business department is closed, you couldn't have figured this out 45 minutes ago. So, today Monday we're back at it again. And guess what the outside company who originally approved the 4 lines to be transferred. Now she says we have to pay 400.00 for the last line. WHAT?! Andrew is handling this. Cool, calm and collected. The reps at the outside company need an attitude adjustment and they really need to get their facts straight. Andrew knows what he's doing, and he's got WOW Customer Service!!! So, if you need WOW service come here and see Andrew and his crew. They've made this a pleasant visit. ( technically 3 visits ) but, not their fault. read more
