When I raised this issue, Destin repeatedly told me that he had reached out to the business department and that the necessary credits would be applied to fix the billing. I was asked to wait, and I trusted that it would be resolved. Now it has been more than two months, and nothing has been corrected. I am still being charged the higher amount and have had to keep following up without any real resolution. This situation feels very misleading. The information provided at the time of sale does not match what I am being billed, and the lack of follow-through is extremely frustrating. I strongly advise others to be careful and get everything in writing before committing. Based on my experience, I would not trust the promises made.

My brother dropped his note and it cracked on both sides (front and back since both pieces are made of glass) so he asked me to check on yelp. Yelp has this cool feature where I can compose a message and have it sent out to multiple businesses. That is what I did and a few places responded, Gadget Fix MD was one of them and gave me the cheapest estimate compared to other businesses. They respond quick and quoted me 165$ for the price estimate and clarifying that the front lcd will take them 20 mins and the back glass will take them 2 hours. And just the front lcd will only be 85$. This was all sent from the manager Rab B. in the direct message and I'll upload the photo for confirmation. He also sent dates that he was available to have it fix so I sent all this information to my brother. It is an hour drive to the phone shop but he made his way out there and when he got to the shop and showed them his phone, the total was over $300, almost $400. The price was double then what he quoted me in the direct message. My brother even pulled out the message and asked for the manager that sent it and the manager acted like he has amnesia and does not remember a thing. He was rude, nonchalant about the situation and didn't care. It was a complete WASTE of our TIME and drive! Time is money and they didn't even work with us or anything. Why would you give me an estimate then not honor it? You have a Masters in IT Business, maybe you should get a masters in Customer Service.
