Went in to get cover for IPhone 15. Seemed like I knew more about what I was looking for than they did. The young girl helping me was polite but seemed inexperienced. It smelled like ganja when I walked in. I got a discount when I bought three items so value was good. I'm up in the air on this one read more

If I could leave a review for 0 stars I would. ATT is the absolute WORST. I have tried for days to help two elderly veterans with their phone service as something was wrong with both of their accounts. After being transferred 5 times on the customer support line (that I was told to call my the Clinton and corporate stores) and sitting on hold for over an hour an a half I finally went down to the Clinton store. They were horribly rude and offered no help. They told me they could not help me even though the elderly account holders who are unable to leave their resident gave permission for me to assist them. Bottom line is no one will help you at ATT, they do not care if it's a screw up on their end, and will be horribly rude to you on your way out. No inconvenience to them. I sure hope no one else will do business with them unless you wanted to be treated the same. This is also just one instant of the horrible service they ALWAYS provide as I have my own personal issues with their service. read more
