Once we spoke with Aaron early Monday morning, they got right on the job, drove a significant distance to get the part and put it in place quickly, knowing our situation. In addition to that, Kelley came to the motel where we were staying to get the car keys, then again to bring the repaired car to us and handled the transaction right there in the lobby! The issue was obvious, yet staff struggled to diagnose it, couldn't handle basic information, and entered our diesel truck as a gas V10--then wondered why parts didn't match. We were quoted $2,800 with no clear itemization. When we supplied our own part, labor mysteriously jumped from $180/hr to $248/hr. They also tried to tack on $300 for an oil change, another $300 for unnecessary fuel treatment, and a questionable $98 "shop fee" they falsely claimed was required by Oklahoma law. The promised loaner vehicle suddenly turned into a rental once we pushed back on pricing. At that point, we decided to do the repair ourselves--it took about 12 bolts and basic tools. To top it off, the owner became aggressive, attacking me while trying to get my keys and called police while we were finishing the job. The officer was professional, but it says a lot when police are a regular presence there. Bottom line: Disorganized, dishonest, and hostile. This shop appears to take advantage of out-of-town customers. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Every local we talked to said to steer clear of this over priced and shady place.

I called the day before to make sure they had the tire size I needed, then I limped my car the 15 miles to the shop. When I arrived, I was told it would be an hour. No biggie, so I sat and waited for it. The front lady was super nice and personable, and the shop was small but very clean and organized. I was honestly terrified it was going to cost a fortune, but thankfully they are extremely reasonable on their pricing. I figured I would need a new tire (I was right), and the cost was very competitive. It took almost 2 hours in reality, but I was pretty happy with the experience. My one complaint was that the tire pressure wasn't checked on my car. I guess I'm spoiled with tire shops also making sure the other tires are in good condition. I had another tire that was about 4 pounds lower than it should be, but they didn't take care of it when it was in. I do understand they were busy, but I figured they would check. All in all, I'd visit them again for a new tire, especially for an emergency such as this.

After doing everything that Doug in the service department at Leachs asked me to do I still had no hot water. I spent an evening in the rain on the ground with a flash light and the owners manual trying to figure out why I have no hot water. After deciding that I needed to make my way from highway 81 to I40, I struck paydirt with Matts RV Sales service and parts. I've been with my husband for 31 years and had never met anyone who knows everything about their industry like my husband does, UNTIL MATT! Are you freaking kidding me? He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it before he even stepped near our rig. I am so impressed with his work ethic, customer service and kindness that we have decided on our way back, we will contact Matt and have him do the work on our rig that Leachs failed to do as well as create problems for us by not doing what they were paid to do. We've only done business here one time buying a used vehicle, but I won't be returning. We've had…read morenumerous issues with the vehicle, two of which were pointed out immediately on the test drive but were shrugged off by the service manager and salesman. They offered to make one of the repairs (a bad window seal), but we live two hours away and bringing the car back wasn't really a viable option for a quick repair. They offered to pay for that repair so we could have it done locally. We still haven't seen a refund on that repair that we paid for. The other issue we had was a screeching/squealing coming from the front end that we pointed out on the test drive. After they inspected it again, they assured us it was just "ceramic brake pads rubbing slightly on the rotors". It was not the brake pads, but in fact the drivers front wheel bearing/hub assembly. This issue was evident upon initial inspection by my wife and I, but yet this vehicle passed through their shop and was allowed to be put up for sale and sold. A wheel bearing is a fairly serious safety concern, but that is of no consequence to McKinsey Ford. I've notified the salesman and have yet to receive a response. Small, home town feel for a Ford Dealership, but shady practices when it comes to preparing a pre-owned vehicle. I will NOT recommend McKinsey Ford until they make an effort to right these issues. They've gotten their money and wiped their hands of the situation in afraid. Edit: Also found out today that this vehicle had a bad Sync module causing the Navigation radio not to work properly and the USB ports to be dead. Software could not be updated and a new module had to be installed in the console in order to restore function. There's another $500 in repairs. Thanks, McKinsey Motors!
