BEWARE! UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE! My phone from T-Mobile…read moredidn't work properly from day one. I was only receiving about half of the texts and pictures from friends and family and wasn't able to FaceTime with some contacts. I went back to the store and was told that this was normal. This sometimes happens with new phones and I should give it a while. I realized several days later that I was still missing texts and pictures. I went back and this time a different lady was at the counter. She was completely clueless and called someone else. They told her that my phone needed to be refreshed. She refreshed my phone and pronounced it fixed. It was not. I asked my daughter to send me a picture. No luck. I asked her to send me a text. No luck. We tried to FaceTime. No luck. I go back to the store and explained the situation. I was told that this happens a lot and the files were too big. I asked friends and family to send only one picture at a time. No luck. Finally the screen on my phone went completely blank. I took the phone back and asked for a replacement. I was told that this was not possible but luckily I had purchased insurance, but I would have to pay for the deductible. I thought this was very unfair but filed a claim through Assurant. It took 1 second for their response. DENIED! Mechanical failure is not covered! They should be shut down.
