What a waste of an hour. Went in to get a replacement screen saver after my phone got run over by a car. Waited almost an hour. There was a manager there and the whole time I was there, he stood on the sales floor and did nothing. There were at least 3 other people ahead of me in line; another may have given up and left. There is always a long wait to see someone. Always. They don't greet you when you come in, they barely manage the queue. When you know you're always busy, hire more people. read more

I would be very careful with this AT&T store. My husband returned our devices after we upgraded our phones and when I returned 3 months later to question why I was being charged for a device not returned, they claimed to not have any record of us ever turning our devices in to them. Mind you, my device was successfully returned (just not my husband's) yet they still had no record of it as if we had never been there. I was told they could do nothing to help but that I should call customer care and ask for Loyalty. Luckily, when I did call Customer Care, they were able to track down both returned devices so I'm not sure why they (at the store) felt the need to lie to me about both phones. read more

I have been with AT&T since they were Bell South/Cingular wireless. We have 4 phones with these guys and internet and TV. They get several hundred dollars each month. They are willing to lose a customer over a $50 phone case. I bought the wrong case and tried to exchange it today. They say I am outside their window of return (14 days), even with the receipt. They were very unapologetic about it. I suggested I should go see Verizon. They said, it is right across the street. I guess AT&T is too big even to have courteous service at a local store. This is a corporate store. They have everything AT&T offers, including U-Verse. The customer service is ok, but nothing to get too excited about. Good location in Turkey Creek Shopping Center. read more

Taking into consideration that there is always a wait when you go to an AT&T store this place is truly worth 5 stars. The staff is friendly and will take their time to answer all of your questions without making you feel rushed. the store is new, clean, comfortable and big. They have all of the services AT&T has to offer on display for you to try. read more

It's really hard for me to be wowed at a cell phone store. It comes 3rd to having to haggle for a home price, it normally equals to having to haggle your ass off for a good car deal. Not this time. My time was given to Whitney, and I was so over the moon with the wonderful experience that we had, that I felt everyone should know. We had NO WAIT! (Crazy right?) walked in, met Whitney, and it went fabulous. We weren't aware of the taxes that we would need to pay to add a line, so after all of that work, she came in, on her day off, to complete the transaction two days later when we were ready. She also went out of her way to set us up for u-verse when the website kept telling us that it wasn't in our area. I've never honestly been so happy with a carrier, carrier store, and a representative of said carrier. Seriously. I'd given up on the idea of decent customer service until we met Whitney. She's the reason that we are willing to drive the 7 hours from Memphis, back to knoxville, just to have our carrier needs met. I highly recommend this establishment, and please, when you're there, ask for Whitney. She's wonderful!!! read more

AT&T Sells insurance for a phone- web site states Asurion a component AT&T Mobile Insurance. Pay $100's for insurance with the idea that you will get a working phone if and when you have a claim. Actually have claim no problem they send you a phone right quick. Here's the catch the new phone is broken too. Now though no one can help you! The person on the phone wants to verify your phone via the broken phone that is not working curtsey of the insurance you paid for; you are calling on your wife's phone who is on the account with you and she is there answering questions too but because it's not on the broken phone the claim can not occur with out fully vetting us because of course everyone wants to talk with these people for hours on end spelling street names verifying addresses, occupation, and blood type- secret code questions! Still not good enough so you travel to the store thinking a live person can help. Nope! No one in the store can help. Because now it's outside their "capability" and although the site AT&T reports this service as a component of their service it's really not in their service when the new phone is broken. I've had AT&T for 20 years and have never been this disguised with poor customer service and lack of empathy. The majority of people need a phone for so many reasons- being a responsible adult paying for insurance and then thinking you should be treated right only to be failed on so many levels. read more

I guess they need a bit more training in this store.. you see over 10 people waiting and yet only three people on the floor.. then other employees standing and talking.. and then a few more employees walk out from the back and they stand and have a chat fest.. wow been here over 30 minutes just to have a screen protector put on.. I don't recommend this store if you can't wait at least a hour for help.. it should not take that long... read more

Helpful average service if you go to the store. You will be given a business card and told to call for help if needed. Translation: only phone calls related to new sales will be returned. If you have a question about your new phone or service, get in your car and go to the store because your call will not be returned. ASK about the term of the price. Have you ever left a store feeling like you're in high school again? And had all the memories of mean kids and stress and depression all flood back into your mind as you walk out the door full of disappointment? I can finally say that I have. I have been with AT&T for over ten years, the amount of problems that I've had with them are too many to count. However, I think the biggest problem I have with them is this store. The employees are not friendly, which is odd considering they are SALES-people. You would think that someone who wants to sell to you would be friendly, but oddly enough that is just not the case with them. I went in there today for "In Store Pickup", it's advertised as a fast way to get what you bought, "ORDER ONLINE. JUMP THE LINE." Well, I went in there and I walked over to the in store pickup sign and I told a guy working there that I was there to pick up a phone, he, in the most monotone voice I think I've ever heard, simply said, "Ok." I assumed that maybe he was having a bad day, but after waiting for 20 minutes without any help for my IN STORE PICKUP order, I began to think they had forgotten me. So, I flagged down a lady who was not doing anything and told her I had been waiting. And as it turned out, the guy who said he checked me in, never did! I saw on her nametag that she was Kelly-manager. She seemed very annoyed that a customer was asking her for help, and that was when it was clear to me that the workers at the At&t store in Turkey Creek are just absolutely miserable. I can't think of any other reason as to why they would be so harsh towards their customers. It has to be a management problem, they need to have some of kind of training where they teach these people how to interact with customers, because although it is just common sense and the polite thing to do, the workers there just don't get, or more likely, they just don't care. I promise you, if you walk in there you will see it and you will feel it. If you are looking for a cell phone provider that will care about you, do not go to At&t. read more
