I wanted to get off a bundle iphone sharing because I joined it with my daughter, yet a man's name was on it instead of her name, so I wanted my own account. The Verizon employee said that the man would have to come to the store in person. I told him that he was wrong because it was originally authorized over the phone. He kept telling me, "In person, in the store!" I insisted he was wrong and told him I wanted to complain, and he said that he was the manager. Then he told me to get out of the store, and he threatened me with the police if I did not leave now as another man came walking over to give him support. I am a seventy-five year old lady and felt shaken and humiliated. Afterwards, I went to the Verizon store across from Festival Shopping Center, and they helped me get my new account then I bought a new updated phone.

We purchased two Parker House "Parker Living" genuine leather chairs, and one arrived with puckering leather on the arm. Despite repeated requests, Mr. Brager refused to send anyone to inspect the chair, replace it, or offer a refund. His communication was combative and unprofessional throughout the process. Only after several days of continuous emails and filing a dispute with our credit card company were we able to secure a full refund. I also reached out to the furniture manufacturer, and they confirmed that it is not the quality that should be expected. Be aware that this company is not customer-friendly. Their approach seems to be to wear customers down and keep as much of your money as possible. Mr. Brager even stated that used floor models are the "barometer" for new furniture quality--meaning if you see flaws in a used floor model, you should expect the same flaws in your brand new purchase. We would never do business here again, which is unfortunate since we were long-term customers purchasing more than 6 high-end televisions and a leather Palliser sofa before this experience. Found this same brand/color chair at Homegoods for $399.99 without any damage, which is more than $100 less based on their "sale" price plus delivery! Zoe was extremely patient and so helpful during our appointment. She made sure we felt understood and heard, she prioritized our wants and needs. We were most interested in lab created diamonds for both of our rings, something in solitaire settings, and later on, more intricate wedding bands. She took her time when going through options with the 4 C's and again, answered any and all questions we had with confidence and clarity. Even after our appointment, I had a few follow up questions and needed help clarifying a few things and details, to no surprise, Zoe responded in a timely manner and was just as thorough and helpful through email, as she was in person.
