When I brought it hom, I learned that the battery was completely unplugged, and had to return for the part to be fixe. I returned once more because it wasn't turning on- this was, according to them, a pre existing issue with the OS that they fixed for free. About a week after the screen was repaired, it stopped functioning. Black and unresponsive. They quoted me an additional fee to fix the screen they said they would fix. I'm being double charged for something that isn't my fault. Tomlin was slower, more expensive, and less able to fix my issues than the competitors I ignored because they were too expensive. The first mat boards AND frames he pulled out were the perfect colors and style. He showed me several combinations after that, but I went with the first ones. A week later, I came back with a request for just mat board to be cut with four openings for these four smaller pieces to be grouped together.
