My mother got a new iPhone for Christmas. She doesn't use apple and never has. Not only does she not know anything about apple products, she isn't very good with touch screen phones period. She needed help transferring her information from her android to her iPhone and the only employee working on 12/26/2019 was ZERO help. Told her she needed to get someone to help her. What a pathetic excuse for an employee. I have been AT&T stores across the country and have never heard of such poor, unhelpful service. Thankfully I came to town for the holidays and was able to help my mother figure everything out on my own. This store is a joke and apparently whoever the lady was that was working today, needs to be retrained. I'm from the town and will make damn sure I recommend everyone head to another store for assistance via AT&T. Bullshit. read more

Only positive thing about this company is that this store wore masks and cleaned before each client, and the ladies were friendly even though I was very frustrated. Other than that AT&T is a mess. We have dealt with no wifi for over a year and our neighbor has AT&T WiFi. I can pick up the signal from my house..... and what really blows my mind is they require your drivers license and social security number in order to send a service tech to your house! Even though we have an AT&T service at our house. Makes no since that they need a credit check to send a technician. I understand if I was actually purchasing services, but this is just for a survey. read more

Rodrigo and Taylor helped me with my phone issue. They were efficient, knowledgeable and patient. They definitely went the extra mile!

We have done business at this AT&T Store on many occasions and have always received good service. Today, however, when we went there to resolve a phone related problem, the clerk who was assigned to wait on us was rude, would not listen to our problem, and would not offer any resolution to our problem outside of buying a new phone. I think that he was more interested in selling a new phone to us than in providing good customer service. He would not listen and was very abrasive. I asked to speak to a manager and he was there was not one there. I do not intend to do business with this person again and will ask for someone else when I return there. It does make a difference who you have to help you at places such as this. read more

Very poor experience at this store. I came into this store to upgrade my phone and upgrade plan. I knew exactly which plan I needed and upgrading a phone shouldn't be a big deal. understand the long wait. These are difficult times for all. When I was helped, the employee was "training" In her defense, she did warn me of this ahead of her attempt to fumble around on the tablet. After an hour, the only other employee in the store was free to help me. He got all the way through the phone trading process and at the end, when it was time to transfer the data to the new phone, he informed me that the WiFi was down...wt? They had tuned in a work order but he had no idea when it would be back on. He took my phone number and promised to call when the WiFi was back running. I went back the next day, after NO phone call and the manager informed me that the WiFi was back running, offered no apology for the employee's forgetting to call me back. Then said she would get to me in a minute and proceeded to help other customers that had come. In after me!! I don't know how any business can have customer service like this and stay in business. I'm very surprised they have more than one star. Read the reviews and go to another store if possible!!! Problem is they are the only store in this little town and they act like it!!! read more
