    I can break electronics. I can break anything. I have a problem dropping things. It's just the truth. I dropped my iPhone regularly for a few months. Even with a case, I was able to damage it. Finally, I dropped it face down without a case on the hard floor of an airport. This time my phone was rather unusable. The screen was so cracked I was worried I might cut my face, and I could no longer read most things through it. I was in Katy for work, and went to get my phone fixed after work one day. Not only was I delighted to see their hours of operation extended until seven, but the man who fixed my phone was so helpful and so fast. I think it took 10 minutes, and I got a brand new phone back, advice on what to expect from having a new screen on it, and his advice on which case I should put on it. I chose one from their store knowing I could not be trusted for even a moment without a case, and it was all very affordable! He really made my day and I would recommend this place to anyone! Again I know a thing or two about phone repairs, and this was the easiest and fastest and best place I've yet gone to. Thank you!!

    Incredible service! I have never been treated so well by a repair shop. They have great quality parts and fair prices. Also, they are really fast at repairs. Fixing a cracked iPhone takes around 30 minutes or less and cost around $70. Definitely go here if your looking for a repair.

    Took in an Epson EcoTank all-in-one that had been flipped to the ground and the scanning bar was…read moreoff track. I had checked in advance with Nerds-to-Go and sent a photo of how far off the scanning bar was before I brought it in to confirm they could work on it. I understood that once they got into the machine it might be too expensive to repair and there were no guarantees. After taking it in and paying the $99.00 diagnostic fee, I got a call a couple of days later saying. It seems that they had done some more research and realized that given how far off the track the bar was, this was something they were not comfortable fixing and needed to go to an Epson-certified tech as it would require going into the motherboard of the machine. Although I realized that this might not work out from the get-go, from what I can tell, they did not even look inside. I am frustrated I paid $99.00 when they knew the machine, had a photo of the issue, and only did research after I brought it in. The people seem lovely and professional and I REALLY hope this was a one-off for the company and not the way they normally operate.

    As usual, I had a great experience at Impress computers. Was thinking of replacing my old desktop…read more(purchased at Impress years ago)and stopped by to see what they had. Talked to Bruce who was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Fast forward, a couple of weeks later, I went in to ask about a printer. Again Bruce was very helpful and I purchased a Canon printer from Impress. Took it home and could not get the printer drivers to interface with old desktop. Went to what I believed to be Canon's website (yes, I typed in their site info) for help and somehow got a pop up of a help screen. I stated my problem and they asked for my phone number to better assist me. I hate to admit that I was scammed. I let them take control of my computer to see if they could correct the issue. When it failed for them, they offered to refund me. They wanted for me to go to my bank account to see if the refund had been posted. It was then, a light bulb came on in my head and I thought, I have been scammed. Fortunately, I had logged them out twice. I immediately went to bank and told my story, changed account password just in case. I don't keep account password info in my computer. I went straight to Impress computer with my old desktop and Bruce helped me again. I Bought another refurbished desktop and is having them move data from old to new after they have gone in and removed any viruses that may have been added by the scammers. One quick note. I know we do not like it when they tell us it will take a week or two to get our computers back to us, but we need to give them some slack. They are doing their best to do it right. A small business trying to accommodate a bunch of folks. All Impress folks that I have dealt with have been extremely friendly and accommodating to me. I didn't mean to write a novel.
