Well the last two times I have called, I got people who speak English that is extremely hard to understand. And my problems were not resolved on one of the calls although the rep was very nice. Yesterday the wait was two hours and i seriously could not understand a word the guy said. Everything had to be repeated. Apparently they have sent customer service overseas. Do you know how hard it is to resolve an issue with autopay when the rep speaks English as a recently second language? Damn near impossible T-Mobile please step up your game. I am not racist nor prejudiced but I need someone who understands English well to help me when I call.

Then I went to the Verizon store in new Braunfels in the Creekside shopping area and all they were were a bunch of worthless people that just gave excuses and no solutions. I've been a Verizon customer for 25 years and I was ready to go to Cricket. I walked into this place and a young lady by the name of Domonique was there to wait on me. She gave me outstanding service without all the stupid bullshit. She pulled up my information on the computer and saw all the service problems I've had from on the phone and she stepped up and took control, and I walked out of there with the phone without any headaches or hassles or extra cost. She restored my faith in Verizon and made sure I did not leave that store till all my phone needs were taken care of. She gave something that people have gotten away from in business and that is good service. I live in Canyon Lake, Texas, but I would be willing to come back all the way and drive to Portland Texas to deal with this young lady if I have any Verizon needs again.
