Yes I read the other reviews but my experience here was a good one...upon entering was greeted and asked what I could be helped with. I then proceeded to sit down with Josh and he helped me throughout my whole experience. Very professional and very knowledgeable when it came to the ATT brand. Horrible customer service. They seem very short handed. Waited for my turn but when I finally was up the representative could not help me with what I needed. Would have been nice if someone had asked me what I was doing in the store when they signed me in so I could have avoided the long wait for nothing. read more

I've been to the location 3 times. First was to check out internet service and the manager was kind of swarmy, so we backed off. Second time (maybe 8 months later) I went back to update my phone, really just wanted an updated flip phone. The sales rep said I could get identical phone at Walmart for $1 and the plan. Super helpful and that's what I did. Third time (maybe 3 months later) my wife's old flip phone was acting up and they replaced the chip; maybe $5 or might have been free. Again, super helpful. I suspect they finally hired local guys to man the store; that first manager was a dink but recent visits have been great (not that I go there very much). I told one rep I'd put it in Yelp so this is a belated review. I'd recommend going during off peak hours during the week; that may reduce the sales pressure. read more
