I like the stores. People are always helpful. I used to like the customer service at the 800…read morenumber. I rarely called but when I did I got fantastic service. Well the last two times I have called, I got people who speak English that is extremely hard to understand. And my problems were not resolved on one of the calls although the rep was very nice. Yesterday the wait was two hours and i seriously could not understand a word the guy said. Everything had to be repeated. Apparently they have sent customer service overseas. Do you know how hard it is to resolve an issue with autopay when the rep speaks English as a recently second language? Damn near impossible T-Mobile please step up your game. I am not racist nor prejudiced but I need someone who understands English well to help me when I call.
