We were told this and several other deceptive things in the act of fraud. This billing statement comes and we find the employee sold and earned commission on: Fraud 1, an additional line with insurance, but not approved by us; fraud 2, the "free upgrade"? no, a payment plan for a retail price iPhone 13 on the account; and, an iPhone 14, only purchased under assumption all other accounts weren't fraudulent lies. Also, according to AT&T customer service, this is not a corporate AT&T store and not actually affiliated with AT&T.

I asked for a business card with the manager's name so I could contact them, there were NO business cards in that whole store that I could write down the manager's name according to the two employees there.
