This billing statement comes and we find the employee sold and earned commission on: Fraud 1, an additional line with insurance, but not approved by us; fraud 2, the "free upgrade"? no, a payment plan for a retail price iPhone 13 on the account; and, an iPhone 14, only purchased under assumption all other accounts weren't fraudulent lies. Also, according to AT&T customer service, this is not a corporate AT&T store and not actually affiliated with AT&T.

In the process of explaining the situation, trying to receive any type of help, she told him to leave the store. I asked for a business card with the manager's name so I could contact them, there were NO business cards in that whole store that I could write down the manager's name according to the two employees there. So, I asked just for the name so I could write it on a piece of paper. The employee wrote a first name only with a phone number, I had to ask if I could get the last name to go with the first. After reading the reviews I see nothing has been done to improve customers' service! Found out from another AT&T store, that this is a corporate store, hard to believe the standards there are so LOW.
