My boyfriend and I went to this location last night to add a new line to his account and transfer my number from T-Mobile. I found out after I left that the activation hadn't completed and I was unable to accept imessages and facetimes. When my boyfriend returned this morning, he was greeted by a less kind woman with greyish blonde hair than the man we worked with prior, who told him she wouldn't be able to help because it was an Apple problem before even looking at the phone. In the process of explaining the situation, trying to receive any type of help, she told him to leave the store. Went to the store to get a new phone. I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. I have never been so ignored so badly by a business. The two employees there never even acknowledged me after 15 minutes, finally I had to say, "hello I'm with a customer be with you in a minute." The employees just looked at me. I said that its bad business not to even acknowledge a customer. The female employee then started to say if I wasn't happy with the service I could leave! I asked for a business card with the manager's name so I could contact them, there were NO business cards in that whole store that I could write down the manager's name according to the two employees there. So, I asked just for the name so I could write it on a piece of paper. The employee wrote a first name only with a phone number, I had to ask if I could get the last name to go with the first. After reading the reviews I see nothing has been done to improve customers' service! Found out from another AT&T store, that this is a corporate store, hard to believe the standards there are so LOW. 0 stars the employee at the store added a new IPhone to out account and I was charged for it and the store continues to try and charge me for it I have been a customer for almost 20 years and this is how they treat my loyalty please if you are thinking about getting AT&T please think again because they will just try and F**k you without any Vaseline.... read more

Went to the store at KOSTORYZ and got NO HELP . Decided to try here since I was in the area and Cliff was amazing. Knew right away what to do, for my husbands email deleted and set up again and good to go out the door. THANK YOU!!! read more

I always get kind service at location however I am no longer or will ever be an AT &T customer ever again. I have been paying 230$ a month for a 160$ a month contract. I have been calling for 7 months and paying ridiculous overages bcus AT&T is turning my wifi off and 4G is taking over racking up my bill. AT&T claims it's my phone doing it not them. The also blamed my wifi which is through them also. OK so the 2 phones in question are doing same thing(turning off wifi) and have both repeatedly been replaced with insurance....Similar things have happened to other people. Horrible customer service, tried to upgrade my phone, but didn't realize that my unpaid Directv bill was still attached to my phone bill, but before the associate thought to check and make sure I was eligible she already deactivated my SIM card for my old phone. When she realized what she did, she took my old phone to the back room and assured me 30min later that her and the manager reactivated my phone, thinking it was resolved and the fact that they were about to close I went back home to Alice, Tx and realized they flat out lied to me!! I called AT&T customer service the next day (which is better than stores by a country mile!!) regretfully informed me that the phone could no longer be reactivated with my current SIM card so I had no choice but to sit on a deactivated phone for a week before I could scrounge up the money to pay my directv bill and upgrade phones. Words of advice, if possible avoid the stores the associates don't care about you they only want commission from your purchase and don't follow procedures to make sure you're properly set up to make said purchases. read more

Store employees had no interest in helping set up a new iPhone. More interested in watching the Trump Inauguration than providing any customer service. Based upon the other reviews this issue is not limited to one day or one event; they historically just don't care and prefer you to call customer service than provide any. read more
