I was working with an associate (Bryanna) for an upgrade on a phone and everything was going well. The manager comes out of the back room over to chat about changing my plan, interrupts me when I said I just want a phone, and fifteen minutes later gives me a paper to sign with no itemization or details - I just thought it was the bill for the phone and taxes. He changed my plan, but I didn't find out til I got an email from AT&T and had to sign in to review his changes and what my new bill will be. I asked online for them to change it back since I never authed those changes, and they said I had to go to the store to do that. I'm trying to call first since I don't live close and have waited on hold with the store for 52 minutes now. I'm guessing the store manager gets paid for every plan they activate. Picked up 2 new phones today and I am very happy. Customer service was great cannot wait to start using the new phones.

Workers are rude and think they are better then everyone else. If a store has a 1 star rating why wouldn't they make changes. I canceled my order and will never come back. And I'll be sure to pass the word along that this store is nothing but a 1 star store. read more

I came into the store just to ask a question and stood there for about 15 minutes, and noticed I was being ignored. there were other customers but the two guys that worked on 12/23/20 around 6PM were very rude and unprofessional. At least greet your customers. My issue could have been resolved in 2 minutes. I was considering switching to att but not after today. If I could give 0 I would, treat all customers the same, not just the ones who look a certain way read more

Mitchell seemed somewhat annoyed at my presence. Disinterested and basically silent unless he had to ask a question. Didn't tell me what he was doing to change my account details which led to an extra 10 minutes sitting there for no reason. Fortunately I couldn't complete the transaction and went to a corporate store the next day where I got the kind of service AT&T should provide. read more

Always crowded when you go in there not enough people working there. Yesterday when I went to pay my bill the manager was telling people to come back because staff wouldn't be in until 12 pm. People always leave and comeback later or go to another retailer .Should hire more people sometimes not very friendly. read more
