It was working with old battery at first visit (just bought the used car and wanted to start ownership with new fob battery). He said nothing, took the fob to back room and about a minute later came out and said he had used the wrond battery the first time. And that was that. No apology, no courtesy check to ensure it worked, nothing. I walked out and ensured it worked and drove off. Maybe he's the owner's son or something...

I dropped my phone off to be repaired at 6pm, They requested my password. I returned at 7 to pick my phone up and in my recent tabs my Gallery had been opened AND my files app with a file actively downloading that included a picture of me when I was 17, the time of the download being after I dropped my phone off. The manager told me they did not take passwords, even after they wrote my password on the back of my phone. They took of my brand-new iPhone screen, replacing it with an alternative that didn't even go to my phone model. Which was NOT needed due to the back of my phone being damaged, not the screen. Do not go here, do NOT take your kids here

After the customer suggested she help me first but at least she didn't make a fuss. She also didn't give me too much problem price matching their online price. Annoyed that it's different. Some places act like it's a huge inconvenience and they scrutinize your phone... the cashier didn't. Also, someone offered to help me right away. So only knock is the price difference. Price online matched Amazon.
