I did not have high expectations going in here as you see those shady places in the mall etc…read more. The gentleman behind the counter was professional and they obviously have been doing this for a long time. My phone screen was toast and I needed to get some info off of it. He offered to let me use a screen for $50 and get all my info off to my new phone and then he would just put the broken screen back. Considering the cost of a new screen is 300, this was good news. I spent a good hour or more trying to get some encrypted info off my phone. I needed to do more research but the technician was with me all the way. He gave me time to do what I needed to do and helped me troubleshoot what I needed to with no stress or pushiness which made a stressful situation a lot less hectic. I knew fixing my phone would be expensive as phones are crazy expensive these days so it is just the way things are. TLDR Price might hurt, as tech is expensive, but your device will be fixed by a professional with a good attitude. If you have to spend it, come here.
