AT&T is hands down the worst service in America. I have AT&T at my house and every week the service drops out. I have never missed a payment and I have never been late on the payment. So if AT&T expects me to pay my bill on time every month shouldn't I expect the service at my house to work? Oh and this store is where all of the great things I just outlined was introduced into my life. read more

The sales rep that opened the door for us, took us to a table where we explained we simply wanted to port over a number to replace a number on the existing contract. Naly G lied to us saying that wasn't possible and convinced us to add a line. Later that day we talked to a friend that has worked for att for years. He explained how she lied to make a sale, illegally doing a credit check since we didn't know she did that, which has to happen every time you add a line. We find she didn't activate the data on the phone just the voice and text. Now here I am having to wait without a phone for up to 72 hours so this can be fixed. Do not trust the employees. Always call the corporate call line. Unless you need a physical phone, call line can fix your problem. read more

This store took my iPhone on a trade in and never took it off my account . I had to continue to pay for the phone because they refused to take it off of my account. I had promise after promise from the store manager that they would take it off then when I called the store the next month because my bill was wrong again he started making the same promise again. Nothing was ever done and I cancelled my account. Do not use this store! read more

My boyfriend and I wanted to stop in and buy a case for his phone. As we were walking up to the store employees were blocking the majority of the door and didn't make any effort in moving out of the way. We walked into the store and noticed almost all but two employees were helping other people and the other two were messing around on a new phone that they had pulled out. So we had picked out a case and two screen protectors for our phones and walked up to the counter where we waited for 20 minutes for someone to check us out. We understood that some of the employees were helping other people but what we didn't understand is why none of the employees that passed by us several times not say one word. They acted like we were not even in the store. The two ladies that were not helping anyone were still sitting at a table playing on phones and the girl that was helping people right next to the counter we were standing at got up and walked the people out then propped up agents the wall across from us and still never bothered to help us. I am still very mad and can not believe people are allowing them to run a store like this. read more
