I needed to add a line to existing service and Savanna was extremely helpful. I told her the type of phone I wanted and she presented me with my best option. i was surprised at the low cost of the phone itself and the small amount that the added line will cost monthly. Turns out that the more lines you add, the less each line costs. My previous provider was Tracfone (which has a limited service area and very slow internet search capabilities). I was paying more for that service per month than the additional cost of adding a line to my existing Verizon service. read more

I came to purchase a new phone, was greeted with the upmost incompetence. The employees can't even keep up with the order of customers that came in and I'm one of two. Employees are clearly texting and not doing their job, they are wasting time by telling stories about their college roommates rather than trying to do their job. read more

I was a loyal customer of Verizon wireless for more than 20 years. I called and ask if they could lower my contract to the new customer 25.00 a month plan and was told NO! Don't trust what you are told in store about trade in values. When you send trade in to Verizon they give you less than promised and will not explain why. I've done business with Verizon for many years but their lack of integrity will keep me from returning. read more

Horrible and costly experience. Manager ignored our request for support and was told to activate our phones ourselves, and work directly with online Verizon regarding an error in our refund as they could not understand why there was a mistake and were not able to help. Have purchased phones from this location over the past 8 years. Our recent purchase was 1600.00. Will never go back. read more

Horrible customer service. Stay away from Verizon. They have changed so much. Verizon used to be a pleasure to do business with and to get help with customer service. Verizon used to have world class customer service. They have changed so much. I actually hate going into this store now. They are very pushy and tell untruths all of the time. I was charged $180 for adding a Hum device. I called the *611 customer service and it was a nightmare. It took over half an hour to get through. When I did, they told me that they would take care of it. I was told that someone from the store (this store) would call me. I was told that someone from Verizon (the online customer service) would call me. Absolutely nothing happened like I was told. STAY AWAY. We are considering T-Mobile now. They seem to be a better carrier with better service now. It used to be Verizon, but something very bad happened. read more

Terrible customer service. Visited the store today. You have to "sign in" to et of the list. Waited Hal an hour. There was one customer being waited on and two name on the list. I was the second name. Several employees nor waiting on any body. Two customers walk in and go right up to the counter and get waited on. I asked the manager what was up with people not on the list getting served first. He lied and told me they had been there an hour. That simply was not true. I saw them walk in long after I signed in. I will do my best to avoid going there. Perhaps a Verizon reseller would be more interested in my business. read more
