Just trying to get internet service takes an act of Congress and it depends on which customer service person you get on the phone . We're told we need a phone vendor and that AT&T doesn't provide one but nobody can tell me what a phone vendor is or where I can get one but today by some magical powers they can find us a phone vendor in order to hook up our internet does that make any sense to you ? read more

I had spoken to Mr. Rivera, the store manager, and he had told me he would be available Saturday, so I went into this store, with the firm intention of signing up for AT & T services, where I was completely ignored by the two "customer service" people. Evidently, they feel they can sit and do nothing as long as the store manager is not around. After fifteen minutes, when the rude female employee (no name tag) mentioned the store manager, I said that was who I wished to see and was VERY rudely informed he was not in on Saturday, although he told me he worked Saturday and Monday. I thanked her for her "help," and received a "You're welcome with a nasty tone and a smirk. Needless to say, I am reconsidering doing business with AT & T, although I will most certainly be relaying this experience to both Mr. Rivera and corporate. read more

Second time in since yesterday was super busy. It was 6pm ish and it was not at all as cray cray as it was Monday afternoon. I was halfway greeted when i walked in. I searched around for the cases i had in mind when i was in yesterday but only found one. I asked if i could have my phone try it on before final purchase. She obliged, but after seeing it on and feeling how heavy and bulky my phone felt I decided against it, I don't think she liked that i changed my mind, I felt bad. I asked if there were more cases to choose from she referred to an area that didn't have much. I ended up purchasing a simple black case for $30 that I could have bought at the mall kiosk for $20 :( I'll likely return the item since now I'm having buyers remorse, but now what do i spend this $50 gift card that i got for Xmas on?
