Don't waste your time at the Quincy store. Go to the Hannibal store. They are super helpful. I've been to both.

I cannot recommend the T-mobile store located in the Hannibal Walmart center. Monday I spent 2…read morehours in the store. I bought a new phone and had my old phone set for a new number. My new phone was slow. I thought it will just needing turned off and on. I took my old phone home to clear the contents so I could give the phone away to help an elderly friend. The old phone would not work when I got home, no cell service. I went back to the store looking for help, I thought when I cleared the phone I removed a setting. The store would not help me because my drivers license was punched void after I just renewed it and they the store does not accept the temporary paper license. I left extremely unhappy, since I was just there the day before And the assistant needed the managers help. So I, called the 611 number and within minutes they had me verified without my drivers license and told me the old phone was not setup with the new number when I left the store Monday. This was corrected on the phone within 10 minutes. I then said my new phone was slow and some of the calls would not go through. After some checking the support person at 611 said he was surprised my phone would connect at all and the cellular data was not connected. Both phones working within 20 minutes by using the 611 service. The 611 service can setup your new phone or old phone without going in the store. If you check the cost of a new phone from Apple, it's about $100 cheaper, than buying through the phone store. You can then call the 611 support and avoid the visit to the store. The service at the Hannibal T-Mobile store in Walmart plaza was poor, rude, not understanding and can be avoided by calling the 611 support line. C. Rushford

Find someone else to fix your phone! These people are CROOKS! My daughter's iPhone screen was…read morecracked and we took it here to get it fixed. I paid $120 for the repair and $40 for a glass screen protector. He told me that if anything went wrong with the phone, to bring it back and he would repair it for free. We took the phone back because it stopped working. He said that he couldn't fix it because the problem was coming from "inside of the phone" and when we reminded him that he told us about the warranty he gave us the previous week, he said that he could fix it but it would be $100. When we told him that we weren't paying another $100, he reluctantly said he could repair it for $80. We ended up getting her phone replaced. Remember the $40 glass screen protector? We ended up replacing her phone and when we removed the screen protector, we discovered that it is plastic, not glass. Again, these people are CROOKS!
