He gave me an estimate which it ended up costing exactly what he said. I visited the store one evening about 5:30. Service was quick - 30 minutes. The reason I am not giving them a 5 is because he asked me for the screen unlock code- which I didn't like. My response was that no one has ever asked me for that when they have worked on my phone. He gave cryptic response of they had to have it in order to program the battery to my phone. I went ahead and gave it to him against my better judgment. When I returned 30 min later a young man was behind the counter and finished my transaction. He was very nice. So quick service and phone is working fine but they should be able to perform service in view of customer to assure us that they are not data mining.
