On the way I tried to call ahead to assure that it would be ready... I was on hold for 20 minutes without an answer and finally Hung up. (I understand our current times and difficulty in the work force shortage) HOWEVER. When in the drive up- We were informed that the prescriptions wouldn't be ready for another hour, but the store closes in an hour. We drove away and after being in procedures for 2 days, 2.5 hour drive home - We decided to go back through the drive thru and pick up the one prescription that was ready (what we thought we were told) only To be greater with when we arrived to the window - 'you drove up here before and I told you your prescriptions weren't ready (first off that is no way to treat customers in a service industry AND I was in no mood to be treated this way) . I asked if we could get the one that was ready, but she said that it wasn't. We said we would have to come back tomorrow. It was just too much. Fast forward to tomorrow: Walgreens pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday. (Not updated Online) but again wasted time to drive 40 minutes again. Sadly Disappointed- by the lack of service and empathy for healthcare services.. Solutions- find the strength to communicate even though you are having a tough day. Try to meet Your customers where they are in a situation with some form of understanding and care. Inform your customers of closures (maybe update your online info so we don't waste time and money on gas) Hope this is a learning experience only to get better. Locals need ya.

Its red and white sign stood out on a simple beige building nestled under massive power lines. We entered the bright store and took a look around. In addition to the usual DVDs, toys, and lingerie, there was a theater, two preview rooms, and a video arcade with eight private and semi private booths at the back of the store. There were other customers in the store, but we didn't know whether anyone was in back by the booths or in the theater. We decided to take a look. Admission to the theater was $9 for RG and free for me. RG went back to the front to pay and the clerk buzzed us in. The theater was empty, but I was surprised by how large it seemed in comparison to some others we had visited. The room was a long rectangle, maybe twice as long as wide. The flat-screen TV was mounted on one of the long sides, making the theater wider than it was deep. Although the room was plain, the seats were relatively fancy -- three rows of real, upholstered theater seats with built-in cup holders, 25 seats in all. (Yes, RG actually counted.) Since we were alone, we decided to sneak a few pictures before moving on to the booths.
