I recently bought a couple accessories for a new iPhone at this store, & one of them was defective & kept falling off. So I went back to the store to hopefully get it replaced & they told me I had to come back the next day to speak with a manager. So I come back the next day & the manager says that I told the girl the day before that I dropped my phone & that is why the camera protector would not stay in place. First of all, I never dropped my new phone nor did I ever say to the salesperson that I dropped my phone. She put the camera protector on my phone for me right after I purchased it, & it never stuck properly. It fell off on its own that same day. So she not only put it on wrong, she then lied to her manager trying to blame me. They did not replace it. I had to buy a new one, but insisted on putting it on my phone myself. The store Manager is not helpful, and tells you that you have the AT&T authorizer of the plan to make changes. So I get the authorizer to come to the store so I can make a change to my number and the manager tells me sorry I can't help you. Don't waste your time with this place it's a joke. They don't know anything and won't even try to help you. They also have a terrible attitude. read more

We were having trouble with one of our phones. Ted, one of the employees, helped us test the issue. It was determined our phone was the problem and not the sim card or anything else. He was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. We would like to give him kudos for his great service. read more

I visited the Hillsboro AT&T store today. The staff was very prompt and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the high staff to customer ratio. I will definitely return should I have any more problems and highly recommend this store. It also has a great location, being right off of 35 SB read more

I visited the Hillsboro store in August to get help with a new phone I purchased for my husband. The two young ladies were excellent, friendly, and knew their stuff. This store used to be the best but now it is the WORST! I have never been treated as rudely, as condescendingly, as I was by the three employees sitting on their fannies. I may be a boomer instead of a millennial but I deserve respect, courtesy, and professionalism. As a long-time AT&T customer, I was disgusted by their attitudes and total lack of concern for my issues. Supposed to open at 9, nobody shows up until 1000, then they won't open the door for 30 minutes. Plus the reason your there in the first place is your bill changed much more (in their favor) than they promised you it would.
