WIthin 1 day the algae issue was resolved. The owner even had us come back and gave us some tips and some additional product at no charge to deal with cloudiness. Bonnie and Clyde has yet to make this right. So now Summer's over and a ten and an eight year-old has not got to swim one time and had to look at their pool all summer long in despair. I assume if they ever get it fixed by the end of summertime, conveniently my family will have to pay to winterize the pool. If you have an option to go somewhere else, I'll probably certainly would and if they make this right, I will change the review, but until then it stays.

The tech that came out was not able to figure out the angle on the pipe that he was replacing and ended up using a putty which I agreed to. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My reason for my review not being a five is that the quote was nearly fifty percent more than anticipated for a simple pvc pipe repair and o ring replacement. I tried to speak to the company and they were not willing to come any closer to their original quote. Beware of the price you are quoted as it may end up much higher than expected.
