I tell you, good service is hard to find, if I find someone were my service matters I will definitely stick with them, but I will not recomend these people to nobody, that young man was one of the most unconcerned people I have seen in my life.

It really forces you to accept and not go through the hassle of mailing it back and re-reselling your used phone. Once you accept, they will pay via PayPal and you'll be hit with a transaction fee. All told, expect 60-70% of your estimate at maximum. None of this is disclosed up front, there's no way to effectively get your item back.
