I went into work early in order to be able to leave briefly and meet the installer. 9:00 came and went...At 9:35 still no installer and no call offering a reason why...we called the store. The store called Chris, the installer. Chris said he "didn't know he had to be there at 9:00 on the dot". He figured "around 9," said he was in South Point and would be there in 5 minutes. Chris doesn't manage time well, South Point is more than 5 minutes away. More importantly, Chris also does not respect other people's time. Chris cost Gibbs the sale of an insert and tarnished their reputation.
