I requested 16 Pro Max in Desert Titanium, when I received the emailed receipt the order was placed for 15 Pro in Naural Titanium- the Desert and Natural look nothing alike. I was expected to drive back to the store to correct this. I ended up having to call customer service myself and pay the additional taxes on the new order. Plus I will be receiving first order and will have to return it and a delay on the correct order. I get nothing for the inconveniences for their error.

It was shortly before closing and I had to wait in a decent sized line to be helped. However, the sign in and waiting was organized. Keith helped me with my purchase and transferring my data to my new phone. He was very professional, helpful and had a particularly good attitude for it being so busy and right before closing. I hope I don't ever have to go back to an AT&T Store, but if I had to, this one is A-OK!

One time we went in ti figure out what happened with our bill, the girl said she was fixing it but instead she took our insurance off and changed my data. I only found this out the next day after i dropped my phone and couldn't get a replacement through insurance. Thankfully after much unnecessary stress we got everything straight. I will never walk in that store again. That's just one of many bad things from there.

I even had the door locked in my face 22 minutes before their posted closing time on this past Sunday. This was the place on 2nd street. I traveled to the one located on 82nd street and they helped me and told me how to resolve my issue. I did what they told me to on Monday and was able to get 2 of the phones on our account back in service and operational. I had to travel back down to Laton (45 miles one way) to further aid me in getting the third phone back on line. I am elderly and crippled. They had it back operational and on line. They had to work on it and it took 2 people. They were very kind, polite, helpful and understanding. They were true Professional People who went out of their way to help me. I had been to all three locations in Lawton on Sunday. The 82nd street location far superceded the other two. The one on Cache road is no way one that I would recommend. They are not helpful and they just want to sell you something new and start you new service, they are anything but professional. The 3 employees that helped me and got me back in operation are an asset to AT&T. I have been a customer for the past 19 years, I should know.

Staff refused to help me to update my phone. They told me to do it on my phone (which I had tried…read moreto do) but it only wanted to ship the phone which was not what I wanted. I needed help to simply complete the transaction and get the phone which was confirmed in stock. It was very clear in the literal 2 minutes I was in there that the staff could not be bothered to help me any further. I am honestly at the point of switching away from T-mobile because of just how horrible the service is and how poor the customer service is.
