I needed help to simply complete the transaction and get the phone which was confirmed in stock. It was very clear in the literal 2 minutes I was in there that the staff could not be bothered to help me any further. I am honestly at the point of switching away from T-mobile because of just how horrible the service is and how poor the customer service is.

I was expected to drive back to the store to correct this. I ended up having to call customer service myself and pay the additional taxes on the new order. Plus I will be receiving first order and will have to return it and a delay on the correct order. I get nothing for the inconveniences for their error.

Which in order to get my phone back I had to pay an additional $150 on top of the $87 from the battery replacement. The reason they decided to get me a screen replacement was because of water damage?? My phone had no signs of water damage before. I just needed a battery replacement because it's a 4 year old phone. Anyways, I needed my phone back so I had no choice. The following days I experienced my phone lagging and buttons pressing on their own. My phone then started to shut off and restart every 5 mins. I'm afraid it's not just not going to turn back on at some point. I asked if there's anything they can do about it. Maybe a refund or store credit? Of course, the answer was no. I just feel cheated out $200 and I have to buy a brand new phone (iPhones aren't cheap either).
