I needed to upgrade my iPhone. Staff -- helpful BUT not transparent about charges and add ons. For example, when I got home, I checked my online bill and saw that the saleswoman had added a $15 per month protection plan fee to my account-- which I did not ask for or want and which was not communicated to me. (You can remove extraneous charges from your account online) Also, I upgraded to an iPhone 13 and the saleswoman told me I needed to buy a new wall charger because the new iPhone cord would not work with the old model wall charger. While this was technically true, it would have been helpful if she had also mentioned that my old iPhone cord -- and wall charger -- both would still work to charge the iPhone. I found this out later, by accident, at home. I'm disappointed by all of the above and will not return. The fact that they were so pushy trying to get me to buy overpriced accessories was another turn off. If you shop here, read everything before signing. Ask questions. And remember, you can buy quality cases and covers elsewhere. And you may not need everything they are peddling. read more

The Levittown branch has the poorest customer service!!! We have been trying to get a problem resolved since October 2021 and haven't been successful. I have called, spoke ro reps, spoke to assist Mgr (was supposed to call me back, still waiting for that for 2+ Mos now), I have called and left messages for him since then, have not received a call back. If you most go to an at&t store, please go to any other location than this one and save yourself future hassles, and future increase in your monthly bill! read more

I have been an AT&T customer since long before they were called AT&T. I have had issues with tech support making changes always resulting in a higher bill. They frequently don't document calls, and rarely follow up as promised but by far the service has a connection and cell service has been better than any of the competitors knowing this from having other providers service on company phones I frequently used side by side. The Retail stores are great when it comes to selling you something but they have no interest in providing you service if a commissioned sale is not involved. In2017 when Firstnet was introduced as a special network that would allow first responders to have priority phone access and service at all times. I found this comforting after being a responder in service in Manhattan on 9/11 when the world trade center towers came down all on-site communications stop working mostly because the cell and radio towers we're located atop of the towers. The day AT&T began selling this service in 2017 I signed up. Had the authorizations completed and pitched a new phone at this store. I called Tech support frequently because my phone was having connection issues frequently. being back on the frontlines in service again over the last year and knowing others on my team were getting service when I wasn't I began calling tech support frequently, having to explain over and over again always a new person no one took ownership of the issue. This week I even had a tier two rep identify I had the incorrect sim card she FedEx me overnight a replacement. I was glad to know the sim card was the issue however the replacement sent also was not a firstnet card! I went into this store and representatives Freddie and Emily finally took ownership of the problem and resolved it. Dedicated friendly respectful support until the issue was fixed. I now highly recommend this store for all your cell services! The new GM recognized issues and has fixed them. Thank you! read more

Please do not sign up for the firstNext first responders service. I was told by Emily I would save on my current bill. I then was added a separate account which I was not told at beginning. I also was not told I would have to pay activation fee for the free watch, tablet and phone you get. I came to that store 2 times only to get im sorry if that wasn't explained to you. Let me see what other discounts my boss can get which I never received. The supervisor in there she never returned my call only to have this so call assistant manager Brandon B to hange up on me to tell me I sign up for it so pretty much it is what it is. I received $197 bill from first next for activation the second month. They playing people for a fool and it's sad. All these years with AT&T and this is how they treat me. We were lied too. An associate changed our plan without our consent and told us we could get a new iPhone 7 if we ported a new number over. He told us the cheapest way to do this was to go to T-Mobile and get a SIM card for a prepaid phone. So we brought the SIM card ported a number over and ordered our phone. After a month of waiting for the phone we went back to the store only to find out that the only way the iPhone was free was it we had direct Tv. At no point did the associate mention this to us. We went to the Oxford valley mall location and they took care of everything not sure why that associate lied to us. But it was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

First off, my gratitude to the employees that listened to me and addressed my concerns over the past 2 months. I've had several issues with many trips to the store and while the information given to me was not always accurate, they were genuinely trying to help. If I was giving them a star rating, it would be 3-4. If I was giving the store manager a rating, it would be a 0 star. I went in with specific concerns noted on the bill. She looked up my account info and told me there was nothing she could do. Which is untrue, because other employees had helped with very similar issues in the past. She looked at the itemization's on the bill and gave me numbers that were far off than the reality of the situation. (I confirmed this with their customer care line after the visit) The bill is complex, but when I asked her to clarify her statements or provide reasoning behind them, she was unable/unwilling to - making it seem like she could not read the bill properly or just didn't care that a customer had an issue. I asked her to look at my notes and she would not. Due to her just flat out dismissing/ignoring me and my specific concerns, I grew noticeably frustrated and said this was bulls!!!. Due to that, she asked me to leave (rightfully so) and I said I'd go out, cool off and be back in 5 minutes. I left the copy of the bill with notes on the desk and walked out - saying this is f'n ridiculous on the way out. I walked back in 10 minutes later and asked if she reviewed my notes. She said yes (without looking at me and typing away on her phone). I asked her specific questions about the notes and it was obvious she did not read the notes and/or just was not willing to do anything about it. Other employees had walked up and were trying to help (as they usually would), but the manager kept typing on her phone. I said I had enough and walked out. Any time I visit the store, I will be sure to do it when Patricia is not present. My recommendation is you do the same. You will get some bad info and experience some frustration with others... but they seem like they really care about addressing each of your concerns and not flat out dismiss them as Patricia did. The rest of the store employees set the standard for care so high, it's surprising and a shame the store manager could not meet those same standards read more

Absolutely the worst service. I went the first time to setup a WiFi hotspot box and Mike fed us a bunch of lies about fees. Second visit I went in to get a new phone for myself and ended up with another phone showing up at my door and a 1,000 bill. Third and my final ever visit and I was double charged for the taxes. Went back 4 days later only to be told by Mike that they couldn't do anything about it and I should waste 2 hours of my life calling my bank to dispute the charge. I went to this ATT store since it's down the street from my house. I just wanted to review my bill and see if I could get a better plan for my needs. This process was very easy and the salesman was helpful on this part. When he started to try and sell me direct TV is when it got pushy. I was listening to his sales pitch and honestly interested. He was doing a good job selling me the options for direct tv. But when he finished I explained that I wouldn't be purchasing today due to the fact that I'll be moving soon. He wouldn't accept that and kept offering me more deals. I proceeded to explain that I would be moving with my boyfriend soon and him and I would have to discuss it in the future. But he wouldn't take no for an answer. He even proceeded to yell over to a manager and say how I wouldn't take the deal even though he was Saving me $45 that day. It was honestly embarrassing and very uncomfortable. The manger did nothing but stare as this man continued to try and make me buy something I didn't want. And then he told me that he has to say these things because it's his job. He also asked about my "husband" and I told him I don't have one and he persisted to tell me that I said I did. This AT&T store has told us 1 lie after another. It started in 12/2017. We have been long time customers of 8 years and thought it was great until now. Made a lot of promises they didn't keep. Some were personal and will not post but this one Buyer Beware...if they offer you free activation if you try the Direct TV free trial it is not true. The activation fee showed up on my bill and customer service will not remove it. So then stuck with remembering to tell Direct TV by a certain date that I don't want them, and fighting AT&T to get the activation fee removed.
