I went in with my daughter to get her a new phone and the "kid" behind the counter didn't say much, almost like I had to pry the answers out of him. I wasn't offered any deals, he barely talked, and honestly was treated like "why don't you know this" about the phone. Then when the phone came in, I wasn't called but checked my Verizon account to see if it came in. I was helped by a different person and although she was pleasant. The other worker was wearing sweatpant joggers and T-shirts with no Verizon logos. I mean obviously, it was pajama day Thursday at work. They then also went and sold the pre order after a couple days and communicated to them I wasn't ready. They will hold other products from other customers from months at a time. Every time I have had an issue with receiving my products. I have tried to pick up other peoples products that are over 48 hours and refuse to sell it. I am canceling all my pre orders because the world has a large amount of other shops and we could easily have this one shut down and have no issues with target and Walmart being around.

I told them I would like to do a small order of hats to make sure I like the quality and they way they do business and then we can take it from there. When I told them what I wanted to be done, I they presented themselves as uneducated in the field. When I was asking them questions assuming they were experts I was getting answers back like, "I don't know" or "I am not really sure" when I was looking for assurance. They told me it would be around two weeks before my order would be done (8 items) which seems abnormally long but I decided to just go with it what could go wrong. That was my biggest mistake. Upon walking out I had a discomfort that I even expressed to others that were close to me that I did know how well this was going to go. Fast forward to a week an a half later, I get a call from the shirt shack saying they can not do my order because my text would not work with their machines claiming this if the first time this has ever happened. I didn't give them a super elaborate logo, just two words in a certain text. I went down to shirt shack to pick up my jacket that was going to get embroidered as well as the hats and also receive a refund for the order for the upfront payment I made on hats and the service. APPARENTLY they can not give me a refund because they already ordered the hats yet at the same time they are not able to deliver. After a couple minutes of pointless arguing I decided that I will just take it up with the credit card company. What a hassle this has been, I wish I would have never gotten involved with the Shirt Shack. Lucky enough when expressing all this to a friend, I was refereed to a place that will do shirts, sweatshirts, and embroidery for me at about half the price, so at least some good came out of it. I'd just play it safe and stay away, find another place that cares for your business because there are plenty out there.

I went to Harry Ritchie Jewelers in Moscow about three weeks ago to have a watch battery changed…read moreout. The person who helped me was Tony Murillo. He was incredibly helpful and very customer service oriented ( a rarity nowadays). Unfortunately they did not have a battery for my watch but he directed to another place in the mall and they indeed did have a battery ($3). I took my new battery back to Tony and he installed it within a minute. Success! My watch was back to working order. We talked for awhile about the holidays and family. I then asked him about the cost and he said that due to the fact they didn't have my battery in stock and that I had to go to another store to get the battery....no cost. I was flabbergasted but I will tell you this. I will, without hesitancy recommend your store and you now have a customer for life. Thank you.

No. But we are getting married pretty soon and would have probably came back if it wasn't for him. We got his finger sized and asked about available rings and he said maybe 20 words to us and most of those words were "yeah". The other salesman there looked to be very nice but he was with another customer. Also it was only us and another guy so the place was mostly empty so it was like he was trying to multitask.
