And it gets worse! Then he tells us he won't run a six month copy of our bills and payments, to help us prove some things incorrect in their billing. Nope, we ha e to request it, in writing, through corporate. By the way, that was a year ago and corporate refuses to provide it. T-Mobile, you just lost an entire family plan over one little line that you make as painful as possible to remove.
