Awesome service and personalized sale! Can't beat it! Sioux Falls excels once again! I would give a 10 outta 10!

I was very pleased with the service here. I was greeted right away. I told the employee what kind of boot that I was specifically looking for. The worker showed me a wide variety of boots, and explained how each boot differed from the others. I was able to get my foot properly sized. This store is very clean, and has a huge selection of boots and shoes. Everything ranging from steel toe, to non-metallic toe, and just normal boots. They also carry hiking and hunting boots. In addition, Red Wing makes an athletic shoe with a protective toe! I found a pair of boots that are very comfortable, and will be able to give me the support that I need to be able to be on my feet all day. This was my first visit to this store. shitty service off the bat. very dissatisfied with the store manager. her name is Pat and I had asked for a certain boot on the more expensive side in perspectives that I really wanted to purchase but was downgraded to a much lesser value and different color that I didn't like. she told me that she "knows what she's doing and to let her do her job" in a very snappy voice. I don't think I'll be coming back to this store again and think that Pat shouldn't have a job through this company considering that she has poor customer service and doesn't use her time wisely when I caught her texting and on the phone while I wanted to purchase a pair of boots. now I'm definitely considering to let her ponder on the boots she ordered for me that if I'm going to buy them or not? read more
