I ordered the new I phone on october 1st. The guy helping me out assured me it would come in by the 17th but I needed to be home to sign the package. I went to the store the day before expected delivery date to make sure it was coming in so I could call into work to sign my package and they tell me the phone is still in progress and now expected November 5th SMH !! Wonderful place, I love how fast they're at getting us in and out..I've read the complaints and really believe that it depends on the frame of mind you go in with...honestly.if it's not what I want I can say ,"ok." And not be demanding or anything like that...being open and receptive is something that I've seen the customer reps acknowledge and are open to. read more

Worst store experience ever!!! So I called Customer Care and they said to go into the store to change the plans as there was some paperwork that I would have to sign. Sounds easy, right? It should be. They even said it would be. So I waited for about 45 min before anyone could help me as there was very little staff, the rep who ended up trying to help informed me that her management could not help with this process as it would maybe take up to two hours and that I should call the Loyalty Dept. to further assist. The only option would be is to change my number. That's insane. People move all the time. People change plans. Why is this such a difficult process?? If you enjoy peace and sanity DO NOT come to this store. Went in for a simple iPad upgrade with Dora the sales associate. Simple enough right? Yea that didn't happen. We left the store thinking everything was fine and dandy then come to find out later that night, they completely disconnected a whole phone line erasing it off my account. All that was supposed to happen was a simple iPad upgrade. My phone plan and lines were never supposed to be touched and we made that very clear when we expressed to Dora how much we loved our phone plan because of the benefits we were grandfathered into. Homegirl and manager on August 13, 2024 screwed up our account in ways that you couldn't imagine. After not being able to get it fixed over customer service because they closed at 10pm cst, we had to then wait to call again at 7am the next morning. At this point we went back to the store at 10am sharp when they opened. Dora opened up and the female manager at the store on August 14th had no idea how to help and ended up giving my husband a temp number which did not solve the problem at all. She simply said "I don't know what else to do". My husband then decided to go to the Weslaco store to see if they could help fix the mess the McAllen store made. The wonderful gentleman at Weslaco and the wonderful gentleman from the loyalty rewards department was FURIOUS that they sent him away with a temp number and no solution for a mess they made! Thankfully he was able to help and advised us to NEVER go back to that store again. Also let me mention because of them erasing an entire phone line off my account, to get it activated again comes along with those wonderful activation fees. After all that mess we were left with an extra $300 added to our bill. The Weslaco gentleman thankfully told us who to contact to reimburse us for all this mess. Completely BAFFLED at this whole situation. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING GOOD IN THIS WORLD. I truly hope someone higher up sees this because this should never happen again and they shouldn't get away with it. read more

This store has the absolute worst customer service. We were not acknowledged at all upon entering. We asked to sign in and the representative acted like we were inconveniencing him. We eventually walked out after not being assisted for a very long time. We were looking to switch over three lines, but definitely will not anymore. read more

This ATT store sucks in customer service. I just switched from T mobile. Im used to having a more enjoyable, less complex store visit. Nobody seems to want to help. Do not waste your time and money on AT&T. They like it when you pay money for their services, but when they owe you money they make excuses for why they can't or won't refund you. Bad company. Total waste of time and money. Very unprofessional and they are thieves and swindlers. read more

Cancelled several lines with Att because of poor reception. Calling Customer Service is terrible. We had to reiterate everything to every person we spoke to. So if you are wondering why I rated it so good is because of the great service by an employee named Ale or Aleman at the McAllen location. She was able to help us return our phone. She was great and very professional. Either way Att reception is poor in our area. read more

Great location here in North McAllen. Limited wait time "experts " handle your problem and can take payment for accessories and more. Not a very good experience here the sales rep didn't even cracks smile or seem excited to see till I told him that I will buy then I asked him to install everything and set up my new phone from my previous back since I have been a customer of at&t for over 15 years. I know exactly what they can and cannot do so my request wasn't unreasonable at all He then proceeded to install my phone and during the whole thing he kept leaving and coming back and leaving again for 10-15 minutes at a time every 10 minutes What is supposed to be a 1 hour process turned out to be 3 hour waste of my time. After three hours it still wasn't finished so I just took the phone and installed everything my self at home and it only took 45 minutes. Please train your staff right. Thank you read more
