Outstanding service at the T-Mobile store on 10th Street in McAllen! Benito was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience smooth and easy. Customer service like this is hard to find. My wife, myself, and my parents are extremely happy with our transfer experience with T-mobile. From the moment we walked through their door, their customer service was superb. Alyssa was our sales associate and she was patient and knowledgeable. She did not make us feel like our questions were a nuisance and despite needing to spend quite a bit of time with us (we had some issues with our previous phone company), she ensured we received the best customer service possible. She truly went above and beyond, even following up with myself and my parents to ensure we had a smooth transition. I highly recommend this location, Alyssa, and T-mobile. I could not be happier with my new service. read more

HORRIBLE customer service starting with female who answered the phone. She seems uninterested, rude and sounded lazy. Not to mention, I had to call 4 times just to get through. Customer service is EVERYTHING and just by this less than 2min conversation, I would not recommend anyone to this location. I personally have AT&T but called for my boyfriend since he has T Mobile and never again will I call this location for service, questions or for any pricing info. read more

When you arrive, just inside the door, there is a screen where you check in as a walk-in, or to confirm a previously made appointment. I signed in and barely had time to look around to see the displays of cell phones, tablets and internet equipment when my name was called. I have had Spectrum Internet service for several years, and only recently began experiencing some connectivity issues. I explained what was happening, and they looked over our plan and equipment listed. They gave me a new router that works with our new modem, no charge, and sent out a technician to install it and ensure everything was working properly. The few times I have gone to the store, I have always been well taken care of and issues resolved. The employees have always been friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. The prices for their plans are reasonable. I am happy with their service.

You can check-in at the front and your name is added to the list Many people are just returning equipment and they still take a long time. When you try to cancel, they try way too hard to keep you as a customer. The process is painstaking and their service is not worth it. Too many disconnections and buffering moments with spectrum. Never again.
