I was impressed with the variety of budget frames as well as lots of good choices for frames of all prices, $20, $40, 60, 80, and going all the way to the designer frames at $200 + Good variety also on styles, colors, frame material, etc. I was allowed to take my time choosing frames. They have a BOGO deal, so I chose two. Check out their website to find coupons, deals. And to pre-shop for frames. You can virtually try on frames by opening your camera, and it will show you what you look like with those particular frames! With my face that was a bit scary. Once I chose my frames, one of the associates helped me order my lenses. Simple lenses are done in-house and can be done within an hour! Of course, since I'm vintage, I need progressives with no line, and progressive lenses take up to a week and a half. However, I received a message by text informing me they were ready for pickup in only 6 days. I also got a couple other add ons like the anti-glare, anti-scratch coating (the latter I believe should be standard and included from the start). I wound up paying probably a tad more than what I paid for my current one pair of glasses, but for the price I am getting two pairs. The service I received was professional and friendly. I was looking for a same day, fast and accurate eyeglasses service for my elderly dad. Eyemart Express was more than that! Paulina was awesome, she was patient and walked through what was best for my dad. She well explained how warranty work, I'm very pleased with our purchase. People were friendly, just wish the Dr would've listened to me better. She offered to give me 2 prescriptions for my glasses, 1 that was for distance but I would need to take them off if I needed to read something, the 2nd one was for the progressive bifocal without the lines.. I get the script and there's only the bifocals prescription, so now I have a massive headache and they only work if I don't move.. Watch carefully what you pay for. I didn't want the warranty but was charged anyway. Put the glasses on and immediately got dizzy. Had a follow up with the optometrist and the prescription was correct. She informed me that Eyemart would need to correct the glasses with the proper type of lenses. They wanted to charge me another $100. I finally asked for a refund. I give them 1 star because I have no intention of referring them to friends and family. The supervisor didn't even want to talk about better options. Just be careful to check everything. read more

They were really helpful to check insurance there and make sure everything is covered, they give you options, they help you with the frames, they took their time to take care of you and explain every single detail about the insurance and your glasses. I love it I think they're really professional. Until I tried to pick up my glasses. They told me my glasses would be done in two days. A week and a half past and nothing was done. I called and went in person until they explained it takes 7-10 business days. I had to talk to three different people before I got someone who knew what was going on. read more
