Melissa the manager is a disgrace as a manager! Wasn't even able to get a sim swap after demonstrating how my iPhone was juggling in and out of SOS. Suggested to update phone not understanding this was completed prior to my visit to ATT location. Also observed people were not acknowledged on getting help. Seems they just want customers who want new service, even offered anything I should do online method is my best bet. Terrible experience don't waste your time! read more

This is the WORST STORE OF ANY TYPE OF STORE ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I keep going back, like a fool, in hopes that time will heal the faults of this location. It is a foolish effort indeed. They are incompetent, of poor educated status either with the products they sell or in general, and are so unprofessional as to bring this very function to the level of their profession. "0" stars The most unprofessional employees!! I went to this store to purchased the new Iphone 7 for my husband. Customer service was just ok but yet again I was buying a phone so commission is on their mind. My husband started to use his phone and everything was ok, after about 3 days of using the phone he started having issues with his phone. We called customer service and they ran a trouble shooting test, it indicated that the phone needed to be changed due to a defect. The ATT representative asked me when I had bought the phone, I told her the date. She told me that I was under the 15 days store guarantee, that the following day would be my last day to change my phone. To make a long story short I went back to the store the next day. I was helped by a male employee about 5'7 with tattoos on his arms with like a high pitch voice and tanned skin. I was told by him that my 15 days were up and he could no longer make the phone exchange. I understand they have to follow store policies but he was so unprofessional, rude and just disrespectful, about the whole situation. I called the customer service and explained my situation. So since it was the customer service representative that gave me the wrong timing, they said that they would make an exception and change my phone, everything was noted on my account so that at the store the employee helping me could open it and read what was noted. The employee insisted that he didn't care what anyone wrote or said on the account he was not going to change my phone. I left and went to apple and thankfully the customer service at Apple store on Lincoln Road is amazing. They also mentioned that I was not the first customer that complaint about Att stores. Another little thing employees here are so unprofessional that when I first got to the store and started explaining to the employee helping me what was wrong with my husbands phone, another employee was next to him and heard me saying that it was my husbands phone, well that employee asked me if I wanted to have my husbands text come to my phone without my husband finding out.( Whattt??) Then another employee comes and starts talking amongst employees how they all need to coincide with saying the same thing about not making sales the day before. That's when I knew that these employees were unprofessional. I couldn't believe that they were talking all those things in front of all the customers at the store. And then a customer came into the store and said that he had an appointment, the employee helping me told him, "like you could see everyone of us is already helping a customer you going to have to sit and wait" So when the customer went ahead and took a seat he told his colleague next to him, if he doesn't like to wait he could leave. I had a pleasant experience my last visit to this store. I came in wanting to switch my service from another carrier and I did so all within an hour. The sales associate Guille was super adorable and knowledgable about their services and I was pleasantly impressed! Hopefully I enjoy my new service just as much! He made my experience much better than we expected it to be, and thanks to his awesome customer service, we were able to get what we wanted in a minimal amount of time. I went with my girlfriend to this store to get some information on how to unlock my AT&T iPhone that has been fully paid already. We went in, the store was empty so we didn't have to wait. The lady who helped us was completely clueless about our questions. We asked her where do we need to call or whats the link to unlock the phone and she explained that is was not possible. She stated that the only way we could use the phone was going to be with AT&T. Really?? I called the manager, who by the way, was listening to the hole thing and didn't say a word, she gave us a link where we can go and request AT&T to unlock the phone, the link was incorrect. I finally found the link online and it's unlock, but this people are ridiculous. read more

Some months ago I was buying several phones for my whole family. They were having some technical issues and were taking longer than usual to process my purchase. I had my 4 yr old and 11 month old with me. My 4 yr old really neeeded the bathroom and, while I understand that the bathroom is only for employees, we were in the middle of the transaction and they have had me waiting for an hr. The girl at the cashier didn't even let me finish if we could use the restroom and cut me off with "go to Nordstrom" . When I came back from Nordstrom they advised me that since I had left I wpuld have to wait. Three customers later they came back to my transaction. Eventhough I did buy the phones that day, my whole family have changed to another provider and will not buy in this store again. read more

Be careful and ask for full information before you purchase. Not all the plans are advertised and when you ask for their full list they "cannot show it to you", but they can look at it on an Ipad and tell you what they "can do for you". Went to this location to exchange an AT&T Next phone that i had recently purchased via at&t's website. Was greeted by Erick who explained that i had to exchange the phone via mail using the included prepaid return label. Even though Erick came acoss as unhelpful and felt like he treated me like a second class citizen, i stupidly took his word for it and went on my way Unsatisfied, a few hours later i decided to check at&t's return policy on their website. Where it clearly states "Exchanges - customers can bring the device to any AT&T retail store during the applicable return period. AT&T cannot accept AT&T Next exchanges by mail". Emboldened by my discovery, i sauntered my way back to the scene of the crime. As i walk in Erick greeted me and i explained that i had been there a few hours ago and that on their website it says blah blah blah blah blah. Erick continues to insist that my only option is to exchange by mail. I then ask him if he actually knows his own company's return/exchange policy. This clearly caught him off guard, his response "yes i'm very familiar with it". I then tell him what i had read on the website. He asks me to wait and comes back a few minutes later and says "ok we'll exchange the phone but he will have to charge you a $35.00 restocking fee" My girlfriend jumps in and says no way we are paying a restocking fee for an exchange. He then begrudingly changes his tune and says "ok i'll do it" He then asks for my name to put on the waiting list and then............................................................................................................................................................................................................nothing. After waiting 20 minutes we decided to leave and try another location tomorrow. It turns out Erick is the manager at this location! How does AT&T put a person that is clearly not cut out for customer service in this position is beyond me. i've been a loyal customer for close to 20 years and this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I went there about 9 or 10 months ago and the employees were horrible. There were two doors to enter but they had one blocked off with a security guard. I was one of the first two people waiting for the store to open but unknowinglyI was waiting at the wrong door even though the employees clearly saw us outside. All of sudden other customers came to the other entrance and walked right inside in front of us. Nobody greeted us for a long time and we waited almost an hour to get poor service from the man who was the manager or assistant manager. It was a terrible customer service experience. read more
