The customer service is not nonexistent, I don't even think that they know what that means. They are rude, barely speak English so they are unable to process what you're saying. Well, and are literally arguing with tech-support on the phone. 2. So we're here on vacation and my son needed a new iPhone because his broke. They messed up the sale and froze the system, and we've been here over almost 2 hours while they're on phone with Verizon technical support. Technical support Said let's help the customer first and then we'll figure the other stuff out later, and he said I can process the sale right now over the phone. These two ladies said no I want this sale and if you do it I won't get the commission. I couldn't believe what I heard 3. I had to use the restroom, the store was empty but the 2 associates, my son and myself. They denied me access to the restroom. My son asked "ok do you know where she can use the restroom then?" And the one with the green hair stripes simply said "don't know" and went right back to scrolling on her cell. 4. They had no idea what they were doing. I said we are done here and snatched the phone and we walked out and went to another Verizon 1 mile away. GO TO ANY OTHER VERIZON BUT THIS PLACE!

I took it to IWireless (can't remember whether it was a Thursday or Friday) he said he would order a screen and have it ready by Monday at 3. I called after 3 and he said it would be ready in a few hours so got there around 8 pm. He was nice enough to loan me a phone so I could download contacts and make calls so I thought "what a nice guy." On Thursday the same week, I was waiting for an uber and sitting on the curb and dropped the phone again. It was about a 3 inch fall at most and the screen had a very large shatter at the bottom and immediately went to half black screen with colored lines. I figured they must have a warranty, so I took it back Friday only to find him, shaking his head, and saying there was nothing he could do. Since I have had that phone 4 years, dropped it before from much further and it had not cracked until I took it there the first time, I can only assume that it was the cheapest possible screen. I only reflected on them not offering a warranty after going to Geek Squad where they were shocked and mentioned that all repair shops offer some sort of warranty. So all I can say is the "nice guy" was not such a nice guy after all. Buyer Beware. I would never take a phone back there and expect a quality fix. Buyer Beware.

Additionally, there are other items for sale that they will introduce you to, but not force you to purchase. In fact, they remarked that I should think about it for 24 hours, and then decide. I'm probably going back for them to do the liquid glass protector. I realize why I didn't have a screen protector on my phone before! As someone who had only been to the insanity that is the Apple store in Dadeland, this was a nice change of pace for a simple fix that also didn't hit my pocket as hard.
