I purchased an adapter from Apple recently with online order and it was the wrong one. Apple does not make the USB-A to USB-C adapter but the Apple associate who helped me informed me that Beats is closest thing to Apple product since Apple bought Beats. Cost was $18.99 so not bad. The Mophie option was $19.99. Noted. I decided to wait on this purchase to see if I really needed it. This is more for all the new plugs changing over to USB-C but I still want to use anything I have that still caters to USB-A. Confusing right? Ha. All in all, Apple customer service is usually always top notch and the stores are minimalistic. Clean and modern. Aesthetically pleasing. Great location!

It started turning off, locking, and just switching to the Apple icon. I first stopped by the T-Mobile store in Wynwood and they were out of watches with the wrist strap that I wanted. To their credit the T-Mobile employee referred me to go to this Apple Store. I explained the situation first to Sebastian, the sales manager on the floor. He tested and was able to generate at least a partial credit for my old watch. He then talked me through the configuration and selection process for a new watch through their in-store iPad. He also explained that I could've swapped out my wrist band into the new watch. (I have one of the sports ones instead of the default when it comes with the iPhone.) After completing my order & payment, he asked that Denise help me with the actual configuration & setup for my watch. She had me sit at one of the open table / workbenches and charge my phone while the ioS software updated on my phone & watch. This did take almost over an hour, which was a hiccup to my Sunday schedule. However, I now have a new & functioning AppleWatch. The store itself is pretty clean and well lit, though watched by the tough looking security guys at various points along the store. The bathroom is accessible behind a service corridor.

I was informed that the technician that had previously helped me was no longer with the company and assured me that they would never treat a customer in that manner. The hinge on my laptop was completely fixed (as you can see on the video) and it's working well now. I truly appreciate their customer service and attention to their customers needs. This is exactly how a great business should operate! *************************** I came here because the hinges on my computer were broken and they told me they would have it fixed by the next day for $105.93. I came in the next day and it seemed to be fixed and I was happy. About a month and a half later, the same hinge breaks again. I came back in to the store and was told they only guarantee their work for 30 days. They offered to try a different method of fixing the hinge which would be even more expensive than the original method.

I waited a long time in the store even though there was only one customer in front of me. Everyone has an attitude, especially Gabriel. He called my name when it was my turn, then didn't acknowledge me for several minutes. He acted as if I was bothering him by simply daring to come to the store. This might be their policy, but things still have to be handled politely. Given their poor customer service, attitude and policies, I regret switching to At&t and wish I had stayed with Sprint. My service and phone were working fine. I switched to lower my monthly bill and now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work and rude people. After the above experience I went back to the car and checked their policy online. It says they must accept returns, so they have to honor it. They were trying to send me through the Apple loop to have my brand new defective phone repaired, instead of exchanging it like their policy says. That would have taken a long time with shipments and all, instead of just replacing a defective product. I'm so glad I read their own policy. I'm waiting again, I'll post how it goes. The second employee was nicer. The only way to avoid the restocking fee is to take it to Apple. ‍
