Not only did they screw that up, but the added a protect advantage plan that I never asked for. This is the second time I get sold some shit that I didn't ask for, so corporate may want to review their sales procedures and practices. I purchased an AT&T internet bundle along with Direct TV. the service was horrible. I had to cancel the service and go with another Carrier. AT&T sent me a refund and Direct TV is charging me a cancellation fee of $360. Even though there was sales fraud implicit in the bundle transaction, they are now threatening me with 3rd party collections. Do NOT do business with either of these companies. They really are not customer driven. read more

I am sure I am writing nothing new. We know it's hit or miss with these kinds of places and businesses because at the end of the day whether you get your service or not is inconsequential to the operations of these businesses. They are backed by the rule of law. I have received absolutely no help from this store, even though it's a corporate store, about a problem that they made. The only "option" is to pay more money and cross your fingers that they put in the work. Otherwise you're stuck maybe with bad service, cracked screen, high bill, etc. I do have to say one good thing about this store. It's the first one where I've ever walked in and had no wait time. Super knowledgeable and was able to do everything I needed in one go. Store is in easily reached location and is spacious and clean. They have a little bit of everything, and take down your name when you get there to put you on fist come, first serve with the associates. Went into the store to pick up an online order which I had already been charged for and was notified was ready to pick up. Was told my account was flagged for fraud, that I had to call customer support and that it would take 24-48 hours to remove the hold on my account at which point I would have to place my order again. Call support on my way home and after holding I verify my information. They unlock my account and ask if I am still at the store because I should be able to get my order immediately. Of course I had already left and when I check my order status is shows cancelled. Absolute clown show this store. Tanks for the wasted trip, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I've been with At&t since 2015, they have been very helpful with anything I have problems with, however last week my phone line was hacked by a robo caller and I went into the store to fix the problem. Ashley was able to assist me with the problem and was very kind with me and my family. I am very upset at the way AT&T has failed to commit to their U-verse service installation appointments. 2 missed appointments from their part and all they could tell me was that unfortunately they don't make the appointments?! Who makes them then,.. They told me over the phone that their facility does,.. And offered a third appointment date. Unacceptable. They seem not to value their customers and the power of the review. Fortunately, the people who work at this store are excellent, although the products and services provided by their company is misleading and unfortunately disappointing. We had to wait a while for assistance, which I had to dock a star for, but other than that, it was a positive experience. If i can give zero stars I would. I have bought 4 iPhone 7's this past week under a promotion that expired the following Sunday. I walked in on Monday to change one of the phones' color and I was helped by a lady named Lina. To start off she was extremely un-personable and looked irritated. She told me off the bat orders cannot be changed, but when she asked another clerk (maybe manager) she said she could. She knew the promotion I was under expired the day before and I told her i didn't want to lose that promo. She canceled my order and then told me the promo wouldn't apply for the new one. Like the other associate told me, she should've looked at the promo/notes before cancelling that order. Either way it wasn't this mistake that pissed me off, it was her attitude the whole time. She passed the issue to another co-worker and walked off to chat with another and began to laugh and act as if she is only there for fun. Danny is the gentleman that helped me at the end, and even though the issue wasn't fixed there, he tried his best to help fix the damage that other rep did. If you go here stay away from Lina, she just doesn't seem happy doing her job. I reported her to att several departments, because as a me ever of 10 years and 7 lines, that treatment shouldn't go without attention. read more

There is a store around the corner from my house (Flager & 79 Ave) but for as long I remain an AT&T customer, I will be visiting this store & this store alone!! I came into this store and was greeted by Ozzy who took care of me from the second I walked in until I walked out. My situation was complicated and tedious but you wouldn't know it from how awesome Ozzy and the rest of the staff was to me. I didn't feel at any point he was frustrated or running out of patience. Ozzy even took the time out to explain the benefits of Apple Care and helped me pick out my accessory for my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. The store had fun music and you can really tell the team is more of a family than co-workers. I even got a fresh & delicious cortadito and croqueta while Ozzy was working on getting me set-up with my new phone! Even if you have a store nearby your home, I strongly suggest you make the drive to this store. This store has really gone down the tubes. A few months ago I went in to get my wife a new phone and in turn transfer her old phone to my daughter who had been using an older phone. The sales rep who I believe is Ozzy told us that they were doing a BOGO deal on the Samsung S8 phones and that we should get 2 since either way one would be free. We agreed and figured that we would give my phone to our son and all 4 of us would have phones. He also convinced us to get the insurance plan but DID NOT explain how it worked or that there were deductibles for claims. About 2 days later my wife dropped her phone and cracked the screen. When I went back to the store I was given a full explanation and paperwork on the insurance and therefore had to pay $200 to replace a phone we had just gotten but wrote that off to misinformation. As far as the free phone BOGO deal went OZZY very clearly said that after about 3 billing cycles of being charged for the phone, I would then get a credit for those payments and no longer pay for my phone going forward. My phone was suppose to be FREE with no additional REQUIREMENTS. Fast Forward to TODAY and I get my bill and still see that I am being billed for the phone so I call Customer Service and ask when would I see the credit for the 3 months I had already paid plus stop being charged for the phone I was told would be FREE. They said that there was no upcoming credit coming to my account and that based on when I purchased my phones, there was no BOGO deal available for me unless I signed up for DirectTV. I went to the store to speak to the manager and the only offer I was given was either get DirectTV to get the Free phone, keep paying for the phone that was SUPPOSE TO BE FREE, or return the phones for a FULL REFUND and go back to my old phones which would mean taking one kid's phone away and having the other kid go back to an older phone that does not charge correctly either way. THIS IS COMPLETE BS and at this point I am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere. BTW AT&T Retention only offered $10 off a month to keep me even though I have been with them since it was Cingular. read more

But then again this is the first time I go to one on Bird Rd, not surprising. Do yourself a favor and go to the smaller hidden one in front of FIU. There are 2 women employees waiting for someone to walk in to put them on the list to be helped. I asked if they could please just get my order so I could go and I have to wait for one of the associates to be available. Went to this store in the morning to get my girlfriend a new Iphone. I was greeted by Jessica one of the sales rep. very serious at first was explain to me the different iphone and the plans. As I was talking to her about the plan and what was included with the new iphone and I was asking tech question and her left eye brow started to go up like if she was annoyed with my question. I ask her about the screen if it was gorilla glass and she said no with a attitude and could not tell me that apple had increase the strength of iphone glass. I had to look it up on my phone to see. I got a little tick off because we are customer spending our money. Toward the end of the sale she want to sale my girlfriend a 45 dollar screen protector 45 dollar I immediately said no. I understand they are there to make sale but not to rob you blind thats an abuse to the customer. She got mad I took that 45 dollar off the bill but I do not care it is my money. The employees at this store were extremely helpful and understanding when I walked in that 20 min before closing and needed a new phone. I was 8 months pregnant and my phone had died. I was beyond emotional as well as uncomfortable. Ozzy got me a glass of water and helped me pick out, setup and pay for my new phone all from a comfy chair. Fyi: placed an order online for an upgrade and chose to pick up at store. Waited patiently for the email confirming i could go and pick up. Arrived at the store and was advised "pick up" at the store had been CANCELLED? Supposedly this store was not providing pick up service any longer! And i had to call 611 to order to be shipped. After many deep breaths i called 611 and was told that the system showed i had PICKED up the phone AND my credit card HAD been charged!!! Hard to believe but true!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I did a trade-in with my phone, but there was a problem with it so AT&T shipped it back. Instead of sending it to my home address, it got sent to this store. Almost an entire week passed and I did not receive notice from the store that they had my phone. I had to call AT&T and speak to a customer service rep to receive this information. Then, I spoke to the manager of this store and she apologized and told me to go and pick up the phone. When I show up at the store, they inform me I can't pick up the phone because I am not the account holder. However, this was not a problem when I had to pick up my iPhone 7. They are so incompetent!!!! This is not my first incident where I receive wrong information from this store. If I could give zero stars, I would do so without hesitation!!!! read more

Very unprofessional management tried forcing me into buying a SIM card kit when I know for a fact you don't need one

I came into the store to try to fix my phone and try to pass all the information into my new phone. Ashley was the representative who decided to help us but she was not helpful at all. She decided to take a look at our phone when another client walked into the store in which apparently was not happy because of a service Ashley provided her earlier. At the moment the other client walked in, Ashley could not take her eyes of that client instead of concentrating on us, but after several minutes she decided to tell the other client to approach our table in which even the client asked her if it was okay because she was with us at the moment and Ashley said "don't worry, it's okay". Right after that, Ashley decided to tell me that she could not help us out and that there was nothing she could do about my phone. The worst costumer service i have ever receive. I am even thinking of switching companies because of this. I cannot believe her treatment, and apparently I am not the only client who is not happy with her service. Im paying top money for my service in which i think she could have done better. Worst service ever and i do not recommend this store to anyone. read more
