This stores employees will lie to make a sale and will not honor what they offer you. When I first went to the store, Harley offered $1100 trade in value for my phone. He ordered a new phone for me. When it arrived, I went to trade in my old phone. It was then told to me they would only give $350 for the phone. Emmett is rude and condescending. He stated more than once that he was ready for us to leave and that he will also lie to make a sale. Just be aware and get everything in writing. read more

This has been the most pleasant in store experience I have ever had at an AT&T and I have been a customer for over 12 years. I was meant at the door on yesterday by the representative named Blair. He was so helpful in walking my family and I through our old plan and giving us options and also letting us know we qualified for a teacher appreciation discount because I am a teacher. I was coming in to get a new iPhone as mine was ancient and it was time for an upgrade. I was able to trade in my old iPhone and because of the good condition received a very great deal on the trade in. Overall the representatives were so kind and helpful. The environment was clean and all representatives were helping other families. This experience raises the bar 100% to what I expect! read more

Should be zero stars. Rude, unengaging and unmotivated employees who lack general product and store knowledge. Long lines seemingly all the time. AT&T should be ashamed to have their name on this place. A customer should be able to walk in and purchase an AT&T wireless charger without having to wait in line. But if you do have to "get checked in" and wait behind the line of people shopping for service and upgrades, every employee should know that. Waiting for 10 minutes before being told to "wait one more minute" and waiting another 15 minutes, for someone else to come along and tell you that you need to "get checked in" and wait behind what is obviously more than an hour wait is...well you know what it is. read more

My son that is handicap that cant talk and my wife went to at&t to get his internet cancelled because he was moving from his grandmothers house to mine. The lady at at&t asked us if we wanted to transfer the internet to his new home. The only way would could do that was through direct tv is what the lady from at&t told us. So the lady at at&t signed us up for direct tv. So with that the lady enrolled us up for direct tv I called to see when they were coming to set up the internet and was then told on the phone that they didnt service our area so we cancelled direct tv and shouldnt have to pay the bill because the only reason we signed up for direct tv was because we were told by at&t that we would have internet at the new address. We were lied to. So we called Direct tv account number 317639921 phone number 18002882020 and told them what happened and they dropped the bill but they want us to pay 115 dollars for inconvenience fee. it was not them that was inconvenienced it was us, damage to my house and a dish in the middle of my yard that i want removed. They have since sent Jacob Romeros name in for collection. I will never ever be coming here for any service. The people were very rude and skipped over me like five times. They took the people that came in after me before me. And I was only trying to ask to see if they had an item I was looking for last minute. I waited almost 20-30 minutes to be serviced and they didn't even have what I was looking for. I purchase a new iPhone 8 from them 3weeks ago and I notice that the phone had a white spot on the screen. I asked the salesman about it he told me that it's from the screen protector I purchase and had him install. After a 2 and1/2 weeks pass phone started shutting off by itself also I purchase the extra warranty. My wife brings it back to the store they told her it was water damage. I told her that I told the salesman about before leaving the store about it. She went back and talked to a different person his said it's not from water damage it's the phone so if I want to get it fix I would have to go to a Apple store. So she went Metairie 3hrs away. They told her that the battery was expanding and it was about blow.she then told them what they told her at AT&T he was piss said they should have replaced it right then and there.
