We were told that they would have to break up parts of floors in certain parts of the house and concrete those places back. We were told that they would start on Saturday and everything would be finished by Monday night. Saturday and Sunday no work was done. Monday the CEO kept changing the date of when they would be finished. We could never get a timeline. We have been out of house for a whole week and they are still not finished with our house. It is the following week.They are very unprofessional. They ate food and left trash in our house. Never empty the trash. the only positive thing i have to say is the guy was super nice.. i was wondering since the service…read morewhile i was getting so hot in my laundry room. took a picture behind the dryer and realized it wasn't hooked up so it's hot as heck in my laundry room on top of 95° weather. another thing put a whole dent in my brand new dryer. the plastic was literally still on it. very upset. extremely aggravating this is the first time i've ever had a brand new washer and dryer so it may not mean a lot to other people, but it does to me. didn't even have it for two months and now there's a big dent in it.

Dennon was so nice and thorough he left no stone unturned and made sure that I understand everything about my bill and what I would be looking at. To be honest it was higher than I was looking to pay and a lot higher than I was previously paying but he was such a good salesman and he represented the product so well that I just knew I had to get on with Verizon. He assured me that I would not regret my decision and that I would be very happy with my service. If the service is half as good as that salesman I think Ill find I made a really good decision.

Fortunately, I checked uBreakiFix locations along the route home and it turned out that there was one on the way. Sadly, it wasn't just gunk in the USB port, but it was corroded enough that it needed replacing, and the parts and labor came to about a hundred and sixty dollars. I was very satisfied with the time it took. From dropping the phone off to completely replacing the USB charger took a little under an hour and a half and then I was on my way. Remarkably quick service and friendly, courteous personnel.
