I brought my iPad Gen 3 11-inch to the repair shop because I had a small crack that was affecting…read moremy ability to draw and take notes with my Apple Pencil, which I primarily use my iPad for. I informed the techs about this issue, and they repaired the screen. However, I noticed immediately that my Apple Pencil was not calibrated correctly to the new screen, resulting in jittery lines. I then brought it back, letting them know that the screen was not working well with my pencil. After several days of not hearing from them, I called for a status update. They informed me that nothing had been done as of yet and stated that it was due to them installing a non-OEM screen. They suggested that an OEM screen would be better, but it would be an additional cost. This was very frustrating because I now had to wait longer since they seemed to have done nothing with the device until I called. After agreeing to install the OEM screen, I still am having an issue with jittery lines. I showed the tech, who stated that it was probably because the screen had to settle in. They also suggested that I use heavy books to help it adhere properly. After researching, I discovered that the actual fix should have been the techs including a serialized chip from my original screen to the new one. However, since they never offered up this information and are seemingly unaware of this being an issue, I am reluctant to even bring it back for a fix. In conclusion, if you use an Apple Pencil and have a screen that needs to repair, it makes much more sense to unfortunately go to the Apple Store instead of here. My screen doesn't have a crack, but it is extremely hard to use now because the techs unfortunately are not educated on this problem.

Ended up ordering a new phone online and was told by the same manager that the phone would be activated and ready to go when turned on. Oops. Okay, I thought I'll just exchange it for the correct one without a problem -- WRONG -- the manager started to really get in my face and took the "I know more than you do because I'm the manager when she had never even spoken to me before!! She had never looked at the iPad that I had brought in with me that needed the aforementioned plug. SHE WAS JUST HORRIBLE!! Ultimately, I asked for my money back and vowed to never return to that particular location again in my lifetime!! Fortunately, there are a few more stores quite close to where I live so buying covers for my new devices shouldn't be a problem. If it wasn't for the manager I'd easily give this place a 4 or 5 star review but because of her, I feel that 2 stars is quite generous and that 1 star is probably what is actually deserved but because when I signed up for my new plan I had such a positive experience I'm going to give this a 2 star review. Good luck to everybody that goes in here!!

This review would be ZERO stars if possible. I am thoroughly disgusted with my experience…read more I took my iPhone 6s to this location with a badly cracked screen. They indicated it would be $150 and when I hesitated, the guy said $145. I said okay and came back 30 minutes later. Phone fixed, seemed to be working fine. The gentleman said if you have any problem, come in and we can adjust... or something like that - it was a bit difficult to understand. Well... I did have issues. The sensitivity of the screen around the borders of the device, as well as 3D touch make the phone almost unusable at times. Sending a text with the letter "a" or tapping the space bar on the keyboard to add a space in any typed data often times sends the cursor to different locations or deletes entire words. Just tapping an icon opens the 3D touch menu... to the point it takes 3, 4, 5 or more times to actually open the 3D touch enabled app. I returned to the kiosk and spoke to a young woman who had difficulty understanding me. She walked me down the mall to their second kiosk and made a phone call to the home office. She had my phone and while on her call - DISABLED 3D TOUCH - then returned the phone to me and said that should fix it. I was livid!!! Oh - so because you guys can't repair the phone correctly your solution is to TURN OFF standard features in the phone?? I don't think so. I ended up calling the home office at her direction. The boss told me I needed to adjust my 3D touch sensitivity. Which I did and that reduced the issue by about 10%. However, it was already at default settings which had worked FINE up until I had these guys "repair" my phone. This place is a COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIPOFF. I regret going against my own judgement - MY FAULT - and not going to Apple, which was the SAME PRICE TO DO THE SAME REPAIR. Yes, it would probably have taken a bit more time to get the phone repaired, but I would have had sanctioned Apple replacement parts... not some $0.27 piece of junk screen that these ripoff artists charge full bust out genuine apple replacement part price for. After a couple of attempts trying to get these guys to make this right - they have failed. I guess I'm stuck going to Apple and spending another $150 to get my phone to work as it should. If you need your iPhone repaired - go to the Apple store. Never, ever use this business to repair any electronic device. Don't even let them change the batteries in your TV remote control.

I had high hopes for this screen repair service. On 9/17/2015 I took my LG G3 with cracked screen…read moreand inquired about repair. $140 and a little over an hour was the cost of service. I took the chance and I wish I'd gone elsewhere. When I came back to pick the phone up, I noticed the LG logo was missing. The "technician" failed to take the plastic off of one part of the screen before installing it, and I had to point this out. No big deal, everyone makes a mistake from time to time. Upon further inspection I noticed the screen wasn't flush and light leaked out from the edges. They said it was a new screen and it would return to it's proper alignment in a short time. When I attempted to gently press the screen back in place, IT CRACKED. Less than 2 hours since the repair and $140 later, I had an unusable device again. Returned to the store the next day with receipt to attempt to resolve the shoddy work they performed. They said they'd be happy to replace the screen for another $140, but refused to acknowledge their part in the mishap. After explaining a bit more, the manager attempted to get the screen to lay flush. He couldn't fix it. So receipt in hand, I walked away calm, but feeling like I'd just been scammed. Furthermore, anyone who says these guys are very helpful and offer great deals on cases, is ill-informed. The quality just isn't there. Maybe other guys do great work, but on 9/17 I didn't find that to be the case.

And I removed the auto-payment option and my credit card from my account in AT&T. After a few days, I received an email from AT&T that I should return the equipment by July 25th or they will charge me $164. I contacted AT&T and told them I have already returned the equipment and have the receipt for it. They said that I shouldn't worry because it takes a few days to process returned equipment. Then in late August, I noticed that they have charged my credit card $164 even though I had removed my credit card from my account! Charging me for returned equipment is one thing but keeping my credit card information and charging it without my authorization is obviously fraud. I contacted ATT support multiple times. Eventually, someone from AT&T contacted me and confirmed that they have received the equipment and apologized, and refunded that amount to my credit card. However, a few days ago I noticed that there is a collection claim against me for that amount and AT&T has sold my account to a collection agency. And I noticed that they have charged my credit card again!
