I bought a new phone and discovered 5 days later a local store has the same phone for $50 less. The store also did not apply a discount for upgrading our phone. I took the phone, charger, etc back with the receipt and was advised there are no returns. The fact most other competing boost stores around central ky give you seven days, not to mention a better price and dont keep your upgrade discount, doesn't matter. When I asked for the owner, I was advised there isnt one. I guess the store is owned by mythical elf creatures because neither they or the store owner exist. Save your time, save your money, and shop elsewhere. I should have.

Whole thing took less than an hour. I 100% recommend this business. Matt was the technician that helped me.
