Worst customer service ever, I was charged for something I did not need and then was Tal that they could not refund it five minutes later. Avoid this store at all cost. They are a bunch of scammers that only care about making money and not the customers their manager Leidys was very rude and has zero customer service skills. She was full of excuses before I even explain the situation. I called AT&T directly and they asked to talk to the manager, but she will not even come to the phone to talk to them. read more

At AT&T, staff appear to have more power than law enforcement. If you want to buy a phone or need help with any other service and one of the staff claims to have lost it, they can ask to search your bag. From my personal experience on June 1st, the manager was assisting me when a staff member named Alexandra said she had lost her phone. She gave me and my mother a disgusted look, suggesting we take it. She most likely told her manager, who then asked to search my bag. Later, she found her phone in the car and walked to the back without apologizing. Watch out for this disrespectful place! read more

12.2021 In the midst of this terrible pandemic, this AT&T store goes above and beyond for their customers. I live with immunocompromised individuals, so entering an enclosed space for substantial time is out of the question. It's hard to find establishments that respect this fact. BUT, store manager Joel was able to assist me tremendously by going in and out of the store a total of 4 times throughout the whole process to help me with my transaction. He wore a mask the entire time and he stood at a reasonable distance. I couldn't thank him enough. Also, I noticed another employee, Diego (if I remember correctly) , helping an elderly woman enter the store who had a little difficulty opening the door! I did not set foot into the store but I can truly say they show exemplary customer service to their patrons. I am absolutely stunned! So, again I say, thank you Joel and Diego...times a billion! 12.15.2021 I'm updating my review to say that Diego assisted me via CURBSIDE because, again, I am unable to go inside the store. He immediately got to work on my transaction. So so helpful. Unfortunately, can't say the same for the associate who answered the phone. "We don't do that (curbside), you have to come into the store!" And hung up when he asked me to hold on...so I can see why people have had negative experiences at this store. Horrible service by the manager himself. Went to find a replacement for my phone , I understand the limitations with the COVID19 and I was welcomed to come back later by a very nice and gentle associate. Main reason was he couldn't access to my account since it's on my partners name. Came back 40 mins later with my partner, manager wouldn't even let me in, he behaves like if he's mad at me or something and without even looking at my account he tells me that he will ONLY provide me service if I will upgrade somehow my account. He doesn't even looked at it at all.. finally and after almost begging to look at it he does, without even saying a single word so I asked if he was uncomfortable with providing me service because he looked upset. He starts raising his voice and telling me why am I giving attitude and he's doing what I asked. So I replied why he is giving me such a bad customer service.... anyway he sent me to call APPLE , never explained ANY process or what to expect. I am SO DISAPPOINTED, I worked at AT&T HQ in Miami offices on sales, providing excellent service to customers for almost 5 years, I think times changed on this company or at least on the way they train their leaders, such a shame. He also mentioned how my partner "understand " the coronavirus situation because he's wearing a mask, this being April 8.... little he knows I had to removed mine minutes ago because I need it a replacement one. I just completed a purchase at this AT&T store. I had the pleasure of working with Louvens who was really an exceptional sales associate. He helped me through every step of the process in setting up my new phone. Great customer service skills and quite knowledgeable. Leeana, The store manager, was also incredibly helpful. She offered some assistance when needed and was so pleasant. I would definitely highly recommend this store. In addition to great sales staff, the store itself was clean and well stocked. read more
