AT&T Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

I have been dealing with a business billing problem with customer service for over a month. I originally stopped into the Beverly Hills Plaza location in Omaha. The young man helped me identify that when I upgraded our company cell phones, there was an ipad that was not bundled correctly. It stemmed back over a year period and my accountant just brought it to my attention. After spending over 5 hours on the telephone with their retention department, I have not received an acceptable resolution or proper communication. I also called their Fraud line twice, leaving voicemails(goes straight to a message prompt). They indicate that they will call back in 1 business day. Never received a call back. I stopped by the Beverly Hills Plaza again today. The young lady tried to look up some of the info in question. She indicated that she did not have the means to see all the notes on the account. I had asked for a manager immediately when I walked in. After trying her best to help, she went to get her manager. I was greeted abruptly by a young lady that put her hands in her front pockets, did not introduce herself and started our conversation by saying there was nothing she could do. I asked her to call the proper department with me there, so we could try to get resolution. She repeated that there was nothing at the store level they could do. I asked if she was really the manager of the store. She abruptly asked me to leave her store and walked in the back. I thanked the young lady that tried to help me and left. I am a business owner and we have used ATT for our business cell phones for years. I truly hope this is not how you train your store managers to help your business customers or any of your ATT customers. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced EVERYTIME I go in for something I need. I was told on my last visit it was above there pay grade to help!!! ? Wait? What? AT&T Has the WORST Customer Service Ever! Avoid this company at all costs. It has been a disaster for me the last 4 months. Still not fixed or made right. AVOID AT&T... At yelp.com, two stars = "Meh. I've experienced better." It's like Yelp made this rating specifically for AT&T service in Omaha, Nebraska! This is exactly the first thing that comes to mind when anyone asks me how I like my AT&T service/coverage. Pros: AT&T generally has a decent selection of phones and as a nerd, I can appreciate that I can geek out with some pretty cool phones. Cons: Service, service, service... I get no service in the weirdest places?!? Meet you at Tanners Bar and Grill (~156th and Maple), but don't bother calling to see if I'm already there because I get Z E R O service. The 3G is in and out throughout the city, and dropped calls happen I'd say 3-4 times a month. Misc: One thing worthy of mention is that I travel quite a bit for work, and when I stepped off the plane in Guam my phone had full service right from the get go. What's that, you're going to Dubai or Doha tomorrow? Don't worry you're covered there as well, full bars and service. Turkey? You're covered. Their world-wide compatible phones really shine if you do a lot of travelling, just don't expect that kind of service here in Omaha... *rolls eyes* Pricing plans are fairly flexible with different rates based on usage etc. so YMMV there :) read more

Well, the other reviewers are not wrong. The customer service here is not a priority. I stood for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from the reps, not until another customer talked to me did I even get on the waiting list. If I needed more than a new SIM card and I was actually looking to drop money on a new phone, Iwould definitely find a different location based on that alone. Fucking awful people. They lied to me about how my plan worked swore up and down I'd have hotspot so I could use my computer very next day no hot spot. Then they changed me plans and now I hit the maximum download and it takes this post 30 minutes to upload the internet is so slow. Fuck this. Absolutely terrible service from manager Came in to exchange phones due to customer service suggestion. Manager and employee refused to help us.. My handicapped father drove over an hour to meet us, as we added him to our plan. This store blamed customer service for a simple transaction that they could've completed. They stated that they can't do what customer service says and that they couldn't help. We have always had terrific service through phone customer service. They shouldn't be able to have the atnt logo on their building... They don't live up to it and shame the name. We called the 1 800 number for customer service and Katrina called and took care of it stating that was not how it should've been handled.. I suggest you do your transactions over the phone they are upstanding.. Not in person at this location.. The manager was also going to charge a $35 restock fee.. We shopped here for a phone upgrade to replace an old phone. The store is located conveniently off of Dodge St and houses a ton of phone, devices, and accessories. The store really shines with customer support though. The sales reps let us browse all we wanted, asking only once if we needed help and to let him know if we had questions. Once we had our choice narrowed down, he was a tremendous help getting us set up and activated. The professionalism and personal touch here was far above the typical store - I highly recommend this location if you are thinking of an AT&T phone/service or when upgrading your devices. I went here last night after sending my phone on a roller coaster ride through the washing machine. Awesome! I walked in about 5 minutes to close after working the entire day. I felt really bad and apologized but they were very cool. They asked me if I was due for an upgrade and I told them I was 15 days away from my upgrade, so they went ahead and upgraded me anyway. Grant helped me pick out a new phone and gave me his personal suggestion for the iPhone 3GS which I LOVE! All the people working were super nice and cool. I will definitely be going back when we need to upgrade my husbands phone in March! read more

The people of this store are so rude and snobbish! My phone kept receiving messages telling I have transactions and my money in the account has been charged. But actually I didn't make any call or send any messages. I tried to call 611 twice, but no receptionist would answer my call even after I waited for a long time. So I had to went to the store. To my disappointment, they said they can do nothing and ask me to call the customer service. But I can't get any receptionist and felt really helpless. And I was worried all my 41dollars in the account will be lost. So I had to repeat my problem to them. I do not recommend anybody to sign up with AT&T at this location. I meet with Emily she made everything sound great until I got my 1st bill. Emily was not upfront about all the charges. when I contacted her to go over the extra charges that I was not aware about, she was not helpful at all and said that she can't do anything about it.
