No one greeted me, i didn't even see any employees around in the store. The prices were higher than my liking so I decided to leave. When I got into my car, there was an employee that was standing directly in front of the door of O'reilly staring at me. He literally had the meanest look and just watched me the whole time leaving the parking lot. It made me feel really uncomfortable and confused because where were you in the store and why are you trying to seem like you're guarding the place. It was a very odd situation and I felt like he thought he was doing something by watching me from inside the store. Like what was your purpose?

Even though they had ordered an alternator for him (which arrived in 20 minutes) he finds out he just needed a new battery instead. Great service! They did bring the product up, but when I asked if they had the can with the gauges on it, the employee got an attitude and said, "Normally if you wanted the can with the gauges, you would've told me that before I went back." At that point, I told the employee never mind--I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't need or expect to be treated that way as a customer.

However Jon and Jared were especially very helpful in getting us what we needed in a MUCH more timely manner and we don't have to use a screwdriver to start our vehicle.
