When asked to speak to the manager, the person answering the phone (voice sounded as if she could care less), stated that "She"wasn't there (this woman didn't ask to take a message or offer any assistance at all) ..and when I asked if I would be able to reach someone else, or if there was someone else, the store employee deliberately hung up on me.

Completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and blatantly rude. The female manager that works there never…read moreoffers any type solutions and have offered me the worst customer service I've seen out of any carrier. I would suggest not hiring any mediocre lazy clerk you find off the street just because you guys are in need of staff. They offer no solution, always carry an attitude as if I'm not long-term customer with them. Always making up excuses to charge you more for any inconvenience. Excuses I have not experienced elsewhere with any other carrier. I have been misled by the clerks in there and they have offered me the worst service I have ever experienced and I regret ever switching to this company. I was high on Cricket at the start and I have been loyal, but this mediocre excuse of a service and my experiences with the clerks have made me turn sour. Unless Cricket improves their service, gets rid off the incompetent manager at this location and actually try to offer some type of customer service to loyal customers then I would suggest TO NEVER SWITCH TO CRICKET! USE LITERALLY ANY OTHER PROVIDER! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
