There was a defect with the screen they originally put on but they replaced my screen again due to the 30day warranty period but be careful because they will not repair or replace the screen or part if it has any minor scratches or damage even under warranty. After a few days the screen started lifting so today i went to the actual samsung store and they told me that they replaced my whole phone with fake parts!! they won't return my money either. please save your money and go somewhere else!!! read more

I'll never come here again and will never recommend to anyone. I came here after trying to unlock my Samsung S9, switching carriers from T- Mobile to Sprint and they took my phone, told me it would be finished in an hour. I paid $79 and came back after 2 hours and it wasn't unlocked. They told me to take it home and wait a few hours, next day, nothing. I went back again thru next day and they implied that maybe I messed with it... Really? I simply turned it on and tried my sim card. Anyways after them telling me to come back the next day. Still not working. I went back the third time to show them it still wasn't unlocked and asked for a refund which they refused. Not worth it, I was so frustrated I just left and am out $79. read more

I went to AB Wireless this weekend to get my screen repaired on my LGV20. I called around to several places to get pricing and this place quoted me the cheapest price. Remember you get what you pay for, I should have took that into consideration. I dropped my phone off and they told me they would call me when the phone was ready for pick up. I left my name and an alternate number to be contacted. Needless to say they never called. When I called to check up on the status, of course it was ready. When I picked up my phone I only looked at the glass to examine the physical corrections which was the reason I took it and it looked decent. When I got home, I noticed in the crack at the top by the ear speaker there was sticky residue that resembled dry glue along the top crack. It was late when I got home, I only used the phone to check Facebook etc. The next day when I went to use the phone the speaker where you put your ear to all of a sudden didn't work. Mind you (yes I did drop my phone and the screen was cracked but it had been this way for a while). I have dropped several phones and never had any issues besides a cracked screen. When I made phone calls I now had to put the phone on speaker in order to hear. (This was prob due to the glue residue or whatever the sticky stuff was all around the edge by the ear piece). I drove all the way back to the store on Sunday and the tech that supposedly worked on my phone wasn't there and the one that was there didn't want to open my phone and look. They asked me to come back the next day (today) and I may have to pay for the part. WHY would I have to pay for a part? I PAID $136.00 to have my phone fixed. NOT correct one issue and break another part. I guess they are trying to get money out of people in whatever way they can! I don't have time and gas to waste going back and fourth, I don't even live close to this store. The employee didn't say anything that made since in fact the tried to say "well the phone screen was cracked" when you brought it in. Yes, it was but it worked just fine until your store worked on it. And not to mention it was cracked on the opposite end of the ear speaker. He advised me to come back and if they open it up and it is not their fault I would have to pay for it. My question is how can he determine if WHOEVER opened up the phone got whatever material or product on the piece or damaged it. They did not want to take responsibility. Of course it's not going to be their fault! I AM ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER and I do not recommend ANYONE use them or trust them with their devices. Horrible customer service and very negligent. read more
